Alright I held off posting because I wasn't really sure how I wanted to convey my experience with Mini Ecig.
I placed my order on Nov 1, 2015 and was told that it would ship within two weeks. I asked the supplier this question prior to placing my order to ensure the lead time. I placed my order, it didn't ship in two weeks.
So on the 23rd of November I'm told it shipped, weeks go by and the tracking information doesn't show any movement. I contact Mini and they tell me that sometimes the packages don't track. I should wait a couple weeks.
A couple weeks later I check and they say not to worry that the parcels probably got caught in the Christmas crunch. I file a claim with PP. Mini comes back and provides a tracking number the case goes into review.
I keep in contact with Mini and they keep telling me to wait a couple weeks, it will show up. On Jan 11 I pick up the phone and call PayPal, I review all the e-mails sent and ask them to try and locate my package. The rep comes back and tells me they can't because there is no information and I just respond with a thank you.
The rep states I will have my refund in a couple minutes.
A couple points I want to make:
- Mini Ecig has the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
- Once they receive their funds they do not care about their consumer.
- I received three orders from China that were place after my Mini order before Christmas.
- All of the orders from China could be tracked to the point of delivery.
- A company the does not track a shipment with a value of $250 is nuts. Very poor business model.
- Mini contacts me letting me know that I got a refund and that they ship many and some get lost. Why would you even make that statement. They get lost because you have a crappy business model and either don't ship them properly or they never leave your building.
- It is my opinion they believe they are untouchable because they are located in Israel, to far for anyone to take action.
- I have to hear a positive story from anyone that purchased directly from Mini. And I mean they were told two weeks and it shipped without incident. Every purchase has some type of BS wrapped around it or the happy people just aren't saying that much.
- Don't buy Direct
And every week the Plumes call their device the a__hole or tosser mod. It's because the support is awful and they misrepresent the truth. If I were them I would be devastated that every week a video is published with a group of guys talking down by business model.
I'll pick one of these mod's up because everyone seems to love them but it will be through the classifieds or from VA.
