I had bought a couple of routers over the years I have been with my cable company because I was not going to pay them an extra $12 per month for their inferior router and 'service.' The problem with that strategy was that after several months of the plugging and unplugging and standing on one foot and dancing in a circle while tooting a horn business, all they kept telling me was that the problem was MY router. I finally broke down and got theirs. The have been out here 3 times over the past 2 years and replaced their router twice and fixed some kind of internet speed problem. No service with my own router, with theirs they figure it out even if I get them out here every day for two weeks. It is a shame and a waste of time and money but I guess it keeps several people employed and gives me a purpose.

Last year I was having problems with my internet going out constantly. I had to unplug my modem and/or router sometimes a dozen times a day to get it going. My cable company replaced my modem and it kept happening, so I bought a new router and it completely solved the problem. Of course that doesn't explain losing your cable TV. I didn't have that problem.

I have them coming out tomorrow, they gave us a $99.00 credit today. Our DVR has something wrong with it. I made them track how many times I rebooted it in a 2 week period. They told me 52 times. I thought it would be less. Tomorrow, I get a new one. Hopefully it works
Internet is slower than with the old company but it works ok, I could live without cable but not internet, If I was by myself it would just be a faster internet.

I got the standard size and the extender cap with blue led. I do really like it. It is solid. It is also regulated so you get a consistent hit without power drop as the battery drains. Without the extender it's about the same as a Bolt but a bit skinnier and heavier. I'm already thinking about a second one. Then I'll never need another mod ever again.

Edit: I thought we were still talking about the ProVari.

The more I think about it and the more reading I do I am coming to the conclusion that it will be worth the money for me. I do not need lots of different devices and I am not really interested in trying all the new shiny prettys that hit the market. The Provari I can buy one and be done with it except for batteries and a couple of spinners for when I go out and about. I would rather just replace batteries. I am really not that interested in trying a bunch of different juice delivery devices, top coil, bottom coil, dual coil. I have iclear 16s and heads that I have not even used yet. No real interest. I like my dripping attys. I do think I may get an Igo-L down the road and see if I can build a simple micro coil. I do not even know if I want to try the Aspire. A lot of this new stuff seems to go through the juice really fast. I can't afford to burn up a ml per hour.

So you are liking the Provari. I am glad you are Vicki.

Lifetime and repair rang loudly in my ears. Uncle posted a while back that he was simplifying to protanks. I picked up a top, bottom and glass. Already had the heads and drip tip. Works fine and I don't have to worry about tank cracking juices. That's not a bad way to go. I've heard the protank heads are easy to rebuild. The desire to try new stuff is always there, but researching and worrying I can live without. I've got a tiny embossed ego that's not holding much of a charge anymore. Love that little thing. I don't want to deal with hardware dying on me. I get used to something and I want to keep it. I'll use a cell phone for 10 years if I could.

I, on the other hand, enjoy change. I get bored using the same thing all the time. I love to look at the new mods and would get one in every color if I could. Luckily I'm able to control myself or I'd have a plethora of mods. That's less true for juices as I seem to order more even when I don't need to.

My practical thrifty side is really a front that is forced upon me my bad twin is tied up and locked in the attic. The truth is, if I could spend money right now, I am ashamed to say I would have every shiny pretty thing out there. I've seen rhinestones, stainless with gold plating. Pink, purple. gold, and black. It is all soooooo, appealing to me.

I love the charms. The drip tips, the skins. you name it, I want it. The practical, thrifty, fake me said no. I have to listen to that poser.
I want to shop! I want to spend money like a child that broke the piggy bank. OK, I think you all get the point. Rant over.

By the way, it doesn't end there, I feel that way about clothes, shoes, handbags, jewelry, furniture, housewares, you name it I really want it. Remember the poser tied the shopaholic up inside my brain and she is screaming to escape. I will need to have therapy to get her sedated. Rant over

Oh one more thing, I am not joking. This is going to be a serious thing, she wants out. that's the bad twin in my Gemini mind.

Losing my mind looking at everything on sale. I can't escape it it's everywhere. LOL I live by the deadliest of the seven sins Gluttony.

All these sales are driving me crazy, too. I want everything! I keep thinking, "Wow, I'll be saving 20 or 30%!" But then when I look at my cart I'm reminded that I'm still paying 70 or 80%. It adds up way too fast...and then there's shipping for each of the 5 or so sites I'm shopping at. What's a girl to do?

I want to win Mega Millions, build a multi faith center, and spend some on myself, some on my friends and family.
I want a modest home ($100,000) and plain old car. Someone to help me full-time with house stuff and taking care of me. Doctors to fix me. Be able to buy the silly things I want without worry, but in my comfort zone. I never was really fancy even when I had money. But, I just don't want to worry anymore.
So, I bought $3.00 worth = 3 tickets let the lottery dreams begin!
