It is what it is. It took me so long to get them partly because I wanted my gums to be in 'normal' condition and not irritated or swollen from anything. A timing thing and eating eggs and yogurt stuff (soft stuff) for a week before I went in for the mold. It is all good though and I am over it, until the next time I have to go get them after they fix the screwup they made. I may be not meant to have teeth. Maybe I will lose some more weight, as long as I can stay away from the comfort chocolate. Never liked chocolate much until after I got past menopause. Now it is a need. Must do stuff backwards.
I understand that "it is what it is", Shari, but you have every right to rant! The doctor should have asked you about how you need to have the RXs dispensed, not just guessed at it. He should have also asked you about the migraine meds, and if you needed a renewal on those.
And seeing as you paid the dentist for a NEW denture set, that's exactly what you should be getting, and nothing less than that. It's just not fair that you have to go through all this hassle and not get what you paid for. Hopefully the denturist he sent the molds to gets it right this time.
Thanks for the update on Karen. Thoughts and prayers are going her way. And extra thoughts and prayers are going to Vicki, too.
Wow, it's been a really rough week. Hopefully the weekend will be full of love, care and peace,.
