I never could train the first two properly. I hit the jackpot with DH now. He is a sweetheart. Of course he has his moments, but we all do. I know his buttons and he knows mine after 20 years and we do fine by each other.

I am glad you found a keeper, I will never marry again. I am happier without. I could change my mind later, I figure by the time all the guys that are worth keeping are in their late 60's early 70's they will be ready for wife # 2 and I might consider it. Just not now, I might not make it that long, but if i do I will keep my options open.

or start the night before I start mine before I sleep since I never sleep more than 3-4 hours at a time.

Well then. That might rule that out. But wait. If I set it up BEFORE I go to sleep at 5am, then when I wake up I will have breakfast and DH can have dinner - out of one device. Will do more thinking and looking up of recipes on this.

That would work out great for you. Less effort and less cleanup. You can make all kinds of things in a crockpot.

You had me rolling on the floor with your "juice that tastes/smells like dried farts" and the vendor who "stole my address, broke into my house and planted dust bunnies under the bed" comment. I'd love to see much more of your humor if that's any indication. :p

Ok you asked for it :pervy:

A few other pif members and I had bought some gingerbread juice from a vendor who had unknown to us changed his flavoring supplier. The old stuff was amazing - the new stuff was nasty. It had a nasty clove meets stinky feet meets .... lint taste. One of the guys made a post how he had wanted to dump the offending juice around his property to ward off skunks. However he was worried his poor old hound dog might get into the horrible juice and die. So he was warning everyone to take care how you disposed of the juice and as it was so nasty - to be careful not to kill your pets. :p

So

Hers my reply

Thanks for the warning but I believe pets are safe. My dog took one taste of the gingerbread - let out an unearthly moan and proceeded to lick her own ..... Unfortunately as desperate as this sounds - this may be the only way to rid yourself of the nasty gingerbread taste. If I could I would test this theory but unfortunately I'm just not that flexible.

Update: I have been informed that the above method is indeed the only way to remove the horrible gingerbutt taste from your mouth.
So remember if you see someone choking on nasty juices - you can save them with what is now called "The Hiney Lick Maneuver".

OMG! That is too funny. Now what would we have to do to make this "the" thing. Like a fanboy got to have/do. Could you imagine the posts? Yeah, I tried that "Hiney Lick Maneuver" and it was awesome, nothing like it. Took some practice though. You have to........

How about a 'How to' video...or at least some pictures? I volunteer you, Shari.

Sorry, could not do that if I even remotely wanted to. I am glad I can get my shoes on and off by myself. Thank goodness I found bras that hook in the front. Maybe we can get one of those sub-ohm-ers, aren't they young and wire-y? Might make a better video.

I'm pretty sure I'd rather see a young wire-y sub ohmer perform that maneuver anyway. No offense. ;)

Hey all! So I tried my first e-cig about 2 years ago. I think you all would refer to it as a cig alike. I thought it was the best thing since slice bread. I did not buy it with the intention of quitting. I enjoy smoking. I have 5 children so smoking gives me my "me" time. I do not smoke in my home or in my car so this new toy was perfect. I got 1 for my mil and she quit instantly. She started nagging me to just quit cigarettes. I eventually gave it a try. Did good for 3 months. My oldest ended up in the hospital and it was down hill from there. He did not survive his injuries. I was back to 1 1/2pad. I needed alone time. It has been a year and I'm going to give it a try again.
P.s I have become a hermit so reading all 770 pages before posting wasn't that bad. I'm glued to my iPad.

Brandy,

Welcome, I am sorry for your loss, there just are no words that I can say to you. I am glad that you joined us here. I have been welcomed just recently myself and feel that these kind people are quickly becoming my friends. I know that you will feel the embrace of this little community too. Now your me time, will include all of our ups, downs, and in-betweens, a few laughs, and unfortunately some tears.
I am a good listener, feel free to PM anytime, I am up crazy hours so if I don't answer right away have no fear, I check on here often. Going back to smoking was natural and familiar and comforting. You will find support here and answers to as many questions as you might have someone here will have the experience and or knowledge to help you.

I guess I don't have to worry about what I post and if it offends someone. Or worry about being too outrageous. I am basically a very unimaginative, very boring person who worries about stepping over the line or hurting someone's feelings. I kinda like it that way. And I obviously don't know what funny is because I did not find that funny.

I think we are a lot funnier
