Ok you asked for it
A few other pif members and I had bought some gingerbread juice from a vendor who had unknown to us changed his flavoring supplier. The old stuff was amazing - the new stuff was nasty. It had a nasty clove meets stinky feet meets .... lint taste. One of the guys made a post how he had wanted to dump the offending juice around his property to ward off skunks. However he was worried his poor old hound dog might get into the horrible juice and die. So he was warning everyone to take care how you disposed of the juice and as it was so nasty - to be careful not to kill your pets.
So
Hers my reply
Thanks for the warning but I believe pets are safe. My dog took one taste of the gingerbread - let out an unearthly moan and proceeded to lick her own ..... Unfortunately as desperate as this sounds - this may be the only way to rid yourself of the nasty gingerbread taste. If I could I would test this theory but unfortunately I'm just not that flexible.
Update: I have been informed that the above method is indeed the only way to remove the horrible gingerbutt taste from your mouth.
So remember if you see someone choking on nasty juices - you can save them with what is now called "The Hiney Lick Maneuver".
