DW what does you schedule normally looklike? just trying to feel out what the majority thinks as far as a date time and location.
What bottom feeders do you have? I love these things and look forward to seeing some more.

Yes, definitely come out. We held a Philly meet up late last year and everyone is very friendly and it was a great time!

Nice TNT. Well I haven't had a chance to get to cobblestones yet. I do plan to this week though again if anyone has other suggestions please let me know. I will do the legwork
Cobblestones is all right with me, provided the time and day is set so I can go there directly from work. That is, I get off work at 7:30 and it's only a short walk from where I work to there.
Just emailed Cobblestones to see if they will even entertain the idea since it is a smoke free establishment. If so I am going to try to go meet with the manager and go into further detail of what we will be doing and what our PV's are and are not. If we get the ok go on it, I think either friday the 22nd (Easter weekend) or Friday or saturday of the following week. Ill get more details out as soon as I hear back from them.

Well from just speaking with the on duty manager at cobblestones it sounds like we should be good to go.
Sounded like he is in the know with pv's.
I just need to confirm it with the owner yet an we may be all set. I will be calling him tomorrow morning so by the afternoon I will let everyone know if we have a "White Rose Vapers Club" home.
If Cobblestones falls through I'll try to get on the president of my jobs good side an have him get us into the White Rose. He and the owner are great friends.

Because of my work schedule, I can't make it until 8pm on Friday or Saturday (I work until 7:30pm those days and have to walk a few blocks to get there) but I'd still be okay with coming if it started at 7pm. I've never been one who liked to arrive early.

Judge you can get a nice sampler of 8 beers I believe. 3-4 oz glasses. You can pick an choose from the large tap selection. As far as hotels, there are about 4 within 5 min driving distance away. Cabs I am not sure of. If maybe you would like to check in at one of them I am sure we can get you shuttled to an from the meet either by cab or one us attending.

Thanks, felt. I doubt too many cabs prowl the street in York but I am sure that there are some that can be called. That being said, I wouldn't mind a free lift at all so long as that person isn't as drunk as I am. 
I think the days are pretty much equal for me. Just wanted to reply for headcount purposes

Would anyone be opposed to the Saturday of easter weekend? I know I did not list it but I think that saturdays will work out better for me and I'm getting anxious and don't really want to wait that extra week.
