Mine's the picture that got me hooked on what eventually became my thesis topic.
I just think it's a super cool picture in which everything falls into place. It also triggers my Gary Busey-esque need to understand what things "really" mean.
I like things with lots of symmetry, especially when they "make sense" in some weird way.

Mine came from a Google search. I can't recall what I was searching for, but this pic popped up and it made me smile. Still does.
LOVE Phish.....I have seen them many times; mostly in the late 90's - early 2000's.....I went to their festival "It" in northern Maine....it was AMAZING!

Cause Ive always wanted a 60s style Telecaster in '56 Buick Foam Green but unfortunately you either have to do it yourself, or spend like $3000 at the Fender Custom shop because they dont make crap in that color in anymore.. They still do Surf Green and Daphne Blue like the old days but NEVER Foam Green..

I've had many avatars here on ECF. I used the Goldtop Les Paul for a while and swapped it out for something else. Due to popular vote and request, I put the Goldtop back up as my avatar! It was one of those grab shots that produced a good image, I guess. People apparently liked it, so I kept it.
Hehe my ex's dad has a 73 with the mini-humbuckers in it.. He wont let anyone touch it nowadays though since she dropped it once.. Let me have his 66 Bassman though. Score!!
