Vaporesso target 80 kit contains target 80 mod and gtx pod tank. This kit comes in nice package where you will receive two coils which is really nice. Together mod and pod tank looks really nice in my opinion. Build quality is pretty much okay considering that this is a pod tank and also quality of the mod is very solid. In my opinion design of the kit is nice.



So let me start with the pod. In the package you will receive one pod that is 26mm in diameter. From the top side you can see the drip tip and drip tip is not replaceable but it is comfortable for using. You can fill the tank from the top and to do that all you need is to turn top cap a little bit and you can see the fill hole. You can see protection on the hole which is nice and hole is not small so you can fill the tank pretty fast. This pod tank has 5ml capacity which is in my opinion really good capacity. In the package you will receive two coil, you will receive gtx mesh 0.2ohm coil and you will also receive gtx 0.3 mesh coil. You can very easy replace the coils here from the bottom, you only need to pull the base because base stays in place with magnets that are strong. On the base you can see the airflow control ring and on each side you can see slots for airflow adjustment, you can pretty much easy adjust the airflow on this tank.

















Mod has really nice build quality and everything looks as it should if my opinion. From the top side you can see really solid connection that is screwed in from the top. I really like the design of the connection because it will not be scratched from atomizers. Threads here are very good and I didn't have any problems. On the top of the mod you can see one detail that you can use to attach mod to something if you want. Someone will like that somone will not. Design of the mod is pretty nice in my opinion.
From the front side of the mod you can see the fire button, screen, buttons and usb port.
On this device we have usb c port which is really nice, also this device has built in 3000mah battery which is more than good in my opinion. The fire button is really comfortable for using and it is responsive. Plus, minus and menu buttons are also good. We have here really nice color screen and brightness of the screen is good. This device works from 5-80w.
When you press 3 times on the menu button you will enter the menu and there you can see:

- F[t] mode
- Pulse mode
- Vwn mode
- Diy mode
- System set
- Exit

Also you can change the working mode when you press and hold menu button. To lock the device you need to click 3 times on the fire button and when device is locked you can still use the fire button which is nice, you need to do the same to unlock it.















My thoughts:

Package is pretty nice and you will receive two coils which is nice. Build quality of the mod is very good as I said and nothing to complain about here.
Pod has nice drip tip for using but it is not replaceable which will be a con to some people. Top fill is good and you can fast fill the atomizer. Capacity is 5ml which is really nice capacity and also you can easily replace the coils on this atomizer. Airflow is good and you can easily adjust the airflow here. About coils on this atomizer, I really like gtx coils and I think that gtx coils work really good, so far I used so many gtx coils and I am very happy with flavor.
Mod is pretty much comfortable for using and I like the fire button. We have usb c port here which is great and we have nice 3000mah battery. Color screen looks nice and brightness of the screen is good. Also we have few working modes that you can use. On top of the mod you have details that you can use to attach the mod on something and this will be a con and pro depends do you like it or not. This mod works really well, I like the chip and I can't complain about that. In my opinion this is pretty much solid kit that you can try for sure.

Anyone know where I can find a replacement hybrid disk for my favorite mod. i dropped it causing my mterk to strip the threads out of the copper. Attempted to repair by using a 7mm x .5 chasing tap, but failed. Please help!

I’m back with yet another review. This time out I will be discussing the new VAPORESSO TARGET 80 kit. It has an internal 3000mah battery with an output range of 5-80 watts and comes with the GTX26 pod tank that I have covered in one or two other reviews. The TARGET 80 however has a 510 connection which is great so you can use it with other tanks also and there is a 510 base for the GTX26. The TARGET 80 has three output modes. One of which I haven’t seen on a VAPORESSO mod since I did the review on the FORZ TX80.

INITIAL THOUGHTS:

The packaging of the TARGET 80 has an outer sleeve with a color picture of the device inside and a two part box underneath. Once the top is lifted off the mod, pod tank, two coils in foil packs, USB-C charging cable, and black envelope containing the user manual. The two coils included with the kit are the .2 ohm GTX coil rated at 45-60 watts and a .3 ohm GTX coil rated at 32-45 watts.

Going top to bottom on the mod is the 510 connection plate on top. It has slots cut in the plate I’m guessing to provide airflow for tanks that need it. There are three screws that hold the top plate in place and a spring loaded gold plated center pin. Underneath the 510 plate is what I’m going to call a lanyard ring with a rectangular opening that extends on the back side of the mod. This is probably the one feature of this mod that I just don’t like. I don’t use lanyards and find it a bit annoying how my pointer finger rests against the ring on the back side since I thumb fire this mod. On either side of the mod I received is what seems to be a plastic diamond plate with no branding or markings. On the back of the mod is the gunmetal frame with the VAPORESSO name molded into it. This one has minimal branding and I like that. Now onto the front of the mod. Near the top of the face is the round fire button with a silver ring around the exterior edge. It gives it a nice appearance and has a soft click when pressed. Below that is the display screen which shows the following information top to bottom.

- Battery indicator

- Set wattage

- Mode of operation

- Coil resistance and voltage under load

- Puff counter and length of current puff


Below the display screen are the + and – buttons with a menu button below them. The buttons protrude slightly which is nice and they have a nice click to them. Near the bottom is the USB-C charging port for the 3000mah internal battery. On the bottom of the mod are the markings AXON CHIP and TARGET 80 along with five venting holes. The mod is pretty stable when sitting upright and isn’t easily knocked over.











The operation and menu system on the TARGET 80 is a little more involved than some other pod mod kits that I’ve tested but the TARGET 80 also has a 510 connection so I’m assuming that the mod only might be sold so it’s nice that the mod has some extra options. The mod also has three modes of operation which are Variable Wattage, Pulse, and F(t) while using the AXON chip which I have seen in prior VAPORESSO mods. The operation of the mod is as follows.

- Press the fire button five times to turn the mod on or off

- Press the fire button three times to lock the +, -, and menu buttons

- Press and hold the menu button and the mode will flash and you can use the + and – buttons to switch between the three operation modes

- Press the menu button three times to access the menu

- Once in the menu you can choose between the three modes as well as DIY mode with multiple options, System set which includes Default, Smart VW, Puff(reset counter), Version( Software), and Exit


I don’t know that I fully understand the F(t) mode but I think that what is going on is that the AXON chip is regulating temperature to some point and perhaps pulsing the output at the same time. I was able to find the following image on the AXON chip. I do have to say that I like the performance in this mode and remember liking it on another VAPORESSO mod that I tested. I believe it was the FORZ.



I have already covered the GTX26 tank in a couple other reviews so won’t go into too much detail on it. It is a top fill tank which I very much like with most other pod tanks on the market being bottom fill. As you may already know, the GTX26 tank uses the well know GTX series of coils. The main difference on the tank that is included with the TARGET 80 is that it comes with a 510 base that the pod sits securely in since the TARGET has a 510 base. The pod has two airflow slots cut in it and the pod is rotated in the base to adjust the airflow. I would rather have had the airflow adjustment built into the 510 base instead since the pod can be accidentally rotated and then you have to readjust the airflow setting.


















FINAL THOUGHTS:

I was very happy to see VAPORESSO come out with a device with a 510 connection instead of another pod mod that cannot be used with other tanks. I’ve been a longtime fan of the GTX series of coils and have tested more VAPORESSO devices than I can remember that use those coils. I have even accumulated a personal stockpile of my favorite GTX coils. It just so happened that my two favorite coils were included in this kit.

In my opinion the .2 and .3 ohm coils are very good flavor producing coils for RDL and DTL. As usual I tend to run them on the lower end of the wattage spectrum. I was able to get nearly 400 puffs with the .3 ohm coil running it in the low 30’s and thought this was good battery life from the built in 3000mah internal battery.

The mod itself is very lightweight and can understand why they included the lanyard connection. The mod is supposed to be more durable due to the cage design of the body. I haven’t had the nerve to drop it on concrete yet. The display is clear and bright to me and like having the different menu options available as well as the F(t) mode being included on this device.

About the only thing I didn’t like about the TARGET 80 kit was the lanyard ring that is around the 510 connection and sticks out with the loop on the back end. I found that it irritated my pointer finger sometimes while holding the mod and may try removing the three screws in the 510 plate to see if I can remove it.

So would I recommend the TARGET 80 kit to you? If you’d enjoy a lightweight and somewhat durable mod with a good size battery built in and a pod tank that’s top fill and easy to refill with no mess then yes I would.

Hello folks and welcome back for today's review that MTL vapers especially tight MTL airflow vapers are going to enjoy. Being reviewed today is the Vaporesso XROS MINI Pod system that was sent to me from Vaporesso. I will start by telling you that if your vaping style isn't MTL type of vaping this review will not interest you. Vaporesso's next addition from the very popular XROS Pod system is the XROS MINI that is shorter than the original but having a larger internal battery , other changes are on the new XROS MINI fron the original XROS that I'll cover in the review after we get to know the XROS MINI and it's details.

COMPARISON OF XROS MINI AND XROS





UNBOXING AND FIRST IMPRESSIONS


Packaging for the XROS MINI is a box with a plastic tray inside it where the XROS MINI and type-c charge cord rest in, there is only one pod supplied in the kit and it's already installed on the device. The XROS MINI warranty card and anti-counterfeiting information is also included, no user manual was sent with either device being samples, there should be one in the retail version. I know most people don't really think about charging cables but I am glad Vaporesso is continuing to use the braided type of cable, I think it's stronger and is a step above your everyday charging cable that comes with most devices.

I like the appearance that the diamond pattern on the face gives and know it will give a bit of grip to the device not that it needs it being as lightweight as it is but aesthetically it looks nice. The back of the device is plain, only the front face has the diamond pattern.





Unfortunately the type-c charge port in located on the bottom of the device so it will have to be laid down when charging, with ample space on the face or back I wish it was either in front or back because I like to keep my coil fully saturated, if your pod is really low on juice laying it down on one of it's sides as pictured below will prevent the coil from fully sitting in juice so when charging lay the device on it's face or back.





As I mentioned earlier the XROS MINI is a auto-draw only MTL device with no buttons on it, wattage output on the supplied 1.2Ω mesh coil inside the pod is 11 watts, on the optional 0.8Ω mesh it outputs at 16 watts.

This is a tight MTL vape that is produced and you will either love it or get used to it as I have because there is no adjustment for airflow control, ( it is what it is ).

The auto-draw works very well on the device and produces a good amount of vapor.

The pod is shipped already installed on the MINI and has a protective sticker on the contacts of the coil to prevent a accidental firing that needs to be removed after filling of the pod and letting it sit for 5 minutes to fully saturate the coil inside.

In the picture below the pod on the right has had the protective sticker removed from the contacts of the pod while the pod on the left has not. Above the left contact is one of the 2 air supply holes for the coil inside the pod, on the right contact the hole is below it.

The pod is held in place with 2 magnets on the outer portion of the pod that are very strong and hold in place vey well.

Next to the magnets on the device are the contact pins for the pods coil that are spring loaded, in the center of the spring loaded contact pins is the air supply tube of the auto-draw feature.





The XROS MINI uses 2 very tiny holes located on each side of the device as it's air feed, now you can see why the MINI has such a tight MTL draw to it compared with other devices that claim to have a tight MTL draw as the XROS MINI does. The back of the device is pictured.





The mouthpiece of the pod is the cover for the fill port, to access the fill port simply tilt the mouthpiece forward or backward with some force and the mouthpiece will pop off revealing the fill port on one side of the pod, the fill port is a membrane that opens when a bottle tip is inserted and then seals back up when it's removed leaving a mess free filling process, on the other side of the pod is a tiny hole that lets air out of the pod when filling. This filling method works great, when finished filling simply pop the mouthpiece back on.







On the face of the XROS MINI is a faceplate with Vaporesso stamped on it and above it is a very small but bright led light that is the battery level indicator, when vaping this indicator light will light with the designated color indicating the capacity level of the battery.

GREEN - ( HIGH ) - 70-100%

BLUE - ( MEDIUM ) - 30-70%

RED - ( LOW ) - 0-30%




USING THE XROS MINI


Having reviewed the original XROS I really was curious what the changes were going to be with the MINI, one is the height of the Mini being shorter while depth and width remain the same.

Unlike the original that gave the option of button or draw activation the Mini is only draw activated but it doesn't matter because the auto-draw works great and firers every time without cutting off in mid vape.

Pod capacity is the same 2ml as the original XROS so no change on that front which is a good thing because depending on how often you vape it 2ml can go fast.

Having interchangeability of the pods between the MINI and the original XROS is great for those of us that have the original.

Battery capacity being larger on the MINI along with only having the 1.2Ω pod will give you more time before having to charge, I really think Vaporesso should have included the 0.8Ω pod as well.

Flavor is good for a pod styled device using freebase or nic-salt.

My MTL airflow preference is a tiny bit looser than the airflow of the MINI but during testing I became used to it, I like a tight MTL draw but this is just a tad to tight for me, it's not like your sucking a milkshake though a straw tight though.

I will be giving this to my boss that likes a very tight draw and he uses nic-salt and has already called dibs on it when I'm finished testing it.

Both of the XROS devices that were sent to me have remained leak free during testing.

If your a MTL vaper that enjoys a tight draw style of vaping I 100% recommend the XROS MINI to you.

Vapefly Brunhilde SBS 100W Mod; First impressions:
The beautiful laser-engraved decorations on the aeronautical aluminum body of this Mod SBS bring back to Brunhilde the Queen of Iceland who in Germanic mythology was relegated by Odin to sleep perpetually enveloped in flames on a high cliff surrounded by helmet and armor. Only a fearless hero can awaken and free the queen from the spell.

After briefly telling you about the introduction of this "fairytale" I like to notice the balance of shapes without sharp edges of this Vapefly project. This is a very compact SBS Mod (if you take into account) that can accommodate a large 21700 battery, also the weight contrary to what you might think is contained in only 143g without battery. The materials of which the Mod is made are CNC machined and the aluminum body is well blended with the steel battery tube which recalls in the decorations the shapes of an ancient tower of the medieval period. All this translates into a Hi-end looking device, elegant, robust and rather ergonomic.

Reasoning with imagination, the laser-etched "wings" on the sides of the Mod should represent those on the queen's helmet. Under the "wings" on one side appears the writing Brunhilde while on the other side there are the adjustment buttons "+ and -" which are quite protruding, round in shape and free from anomalous movements.
The frame with the gently curved upward connection is aesthetically successful.

On the front we find engraved the design of the helmet of Queen Brunhild which incorporates the Fire key. The key conveys a good feeling and is slightly protruding, made in the same color as the frame is also pleasantly "camouflaged".
Below the representation of Brunhilde's helmet is the USB-C charging socket to be used (as I always recommend) only in an emergency, this port supports a charging speed of 2A and pass-through.

The profile of the rounded handle is well connected in the upper part with the steel tube-battery, the shape of the "handle" and the CNC machining of the tube transmit overall a good feeling with the hand.

but I wanted to share that I live in Massachusetts and am able to purchase flavored juice and have it shipped to me without much rigmarole.

Today I ordered some 10 bottles of my fave Killer Kustard on sale and shipped to my address that is the billing address on my credit card. I had to upload a photo of myself and my photo ID plus pay for for the verification (~$2.99) and for signed delivery. The shipping cost was a bit higher than usual but not outrageous.

Some people may object to this but honestly if a hacker wants my information I’m sure they’ll be able to get it easily enough. That’s if they don’t already have it. By now most of you are aware that the FDA is starting to outlaw flavors,
for Public Health they say - I say otherwise.......

Some years ago The FDA was going to regulate vitamins and supplements like prescription drugs so you would no longer be able to buy them easily - would even need a prescription from a doctor for most of your common supplements and vitamins. We started a nationwide petition drive and got Congress to pass legislation protecting your right to buy supplements. It is around this time that we began to call the FDA by its real name "The Food and Death Administration" - Apparently they will do what is necessary to support their bosses who really don't give a damn about you health - Special interests and money rule.

Now vaping is a real threat to the agenda based upon the mostly true fact that tobacco, especially cigarettes kills and shortens Human life - Vaping has now become a threat to this paradigm - Evidence indicates it will probably not kill or shorten your life. Health care is expensive and if you live to a ripe old age inevitably you will need a lot of it - But if you keep smoking cigarettes there is a good chance you will die sooner than later - They now say you will lose 12 years of life on average - And of course you will then save the government lots of money in Social Security and health care costs.

Your FDA {Food and Death Administration} knows this and is responsible for stopping the epidemic of life saving vaping products - Its only by getting you away from vapes and back on good old fashioned all American cigarette death sticks that they can stop this horrible epidemic of life saving electronic cigarettes.

For now the flavors have to go as they are keeping people off cigarettes and will lead to a longer life span - If that does not work complete prohibition of all vaping products is the next step.
You see its just like in India, where cigarette smoking kills millions so they outlawed all vaping !

Trust your Food and Death Administration {FDA} - If India can control its overpopulation through smoking why should the FDA be any different?

Why does the same juice in the same tank taste different on a different mod?
I just unscrewed my tank from a 2 battety mod I had been using and put it on a different 2 battery mod and the taste changed. I set it to the same wattage, and didn't touch the airflow.

Hey guys I am looking for a low wattage restricted DL tank that has unbelievable flavor. I was looking at the Fireluke 22 or the Veco Plus tank. Are there any others available to choose from? Please help me out I'd appreciate your opinions.

I have the o- rings on the vape but when I push it on it won't go into the o far enough to screw into the coil. It pushes down on the lower battery side of the vape so I know it's not the sizing but the top just won't push on. Any help?
