I diy when it comes to ejuice and do all tobaccos. Some net's and some synthetic. Okay so i recently got into diy mixing and i wanted to know how much should i leave mint in PG so it takes the flavour out of the leafs. i've seen people leave them for weeks, others for days and the time always changes, i must add i didn't see a lot of discussion about how to make your own flavours at home besides the "fruits have sugar which burns the coil!" heads up or other flavourings such as vanilla or coffee. i was wondering if anyone has tried to do this with mint though, i have trouble finding a lot of information about this so i would very much appreciate it if one of you guys was kind enough to give me some sources you might remember.

Story:
This mod I'm searching for is for my friend which tries to quit smoking but I'm a pod vaper (Am I? lol). I tried first to give my Zero's and pods away, but after a while couldn't easily buy the pods anymore plus price went up too. So my friend went back to smoking again.

Just now, wants to try it over again but it will be the same after a while and struggle to buy pods again... back smoking I guess.

I don't have many mods (mostly pod mods only or AIO's), beside my Aegis and tank system. As of those are not suitable because of the hard time to buy pre-made coils(including pods) and stuff. So, I was sinking to get a small mod box with an attached MTL atty (I have some MTL attys around) and then to build own coils as recommendation. A one time buy for long usage and no hassle to re-buy pods, coils, etc. only juice.

It might be a bit of a tricky need of help mod search and find question. This being said, I have been searching along the web for a couple of days now and it seems I couldn't get what I want for (yet).

So here I am, asking my fellows on the ECF. Either from self using experience or advise.

Tricky part:
- Mod is available on AliExp (because of the country ban and being super restricted)
- Location Asia, sorry I couldn't be more specific
- Small enough for stealth and portability
- Built-in battery
- Use with MTL atty (I will give away my atty's; Ctulhu 1928 and Berserker)

Hey guys. Today let's look at the new Endura T22 Pro Kit by Innokin. The Endura range has given us some of the best starter kits to date, so what will this one bring. Here are more details.

The Endura T22 Pro Kit includes the new T22 Pro Mod and the T18E Pro tank. The tank uses existing coils from the T18E or M18 kits. Included in the kit is a T18E coil – 1.7ohm suitable for use at 11.5-13.5W. BTW, the "E" at the end of the coil name is to denote they are suitable for 2ml vape tanks. Standard T18 coils will not fit as they are too long. Other compatible coils which are available separately are the T18E 1.5ohm coil and the M18 1.6ohm coil. I have been mixing my own Juice for the last 1-2 years since my state (NJ) banned all flavored E-juice sales. None of my favorite sellers would ship to me anymore.

I did not stock up. I did not know this postal ban was a thing until 2 hours ago when I noticed the wholesaler I purchase from removed most of its products. Even if I did, the stuff will only last me about 2 years. With the way things are, these kinds of laws rarely get reversed once enacted. I thought the 21 age for buying tobacco products would never catch on and be repealed, but look where we are now. No matter how many angry letters you send or how many signatures you get, nothing will happen.

And so, I am left thinking about what I can and can not get in the future. VG and PG will always be around in bulk as it is not only used for vape juice. The flavoring is the same flavoring used for brewing and baking, so no issue there. The liquid nicotine, specifically the extract and not the salt, is where I question the future availability (the salt is almost definitely out of the question).

Are there any other uses for liquid nicotine or is this it for DYI?

I am new at this but I have been watching you tube videos and made several kind of wire mesh wicks the problem with mesh after oxidizing and building carbon on the wick turns the e juice brown and when i wipe the wick with paper towel black carbon gets on the paper is this normal? We are inhaling carbon particles.Please help am I doing something wrong ?

Testing Equipment


On arrival I added the supplied nic shots to each flavour making them all 3mg in strength and left for two weeks to steep before testing. I tested all flavours on 3 identical set-ups to keep consistent testing conditions re-wicking between flavours apart from the SX Nano where i used a fresh Disk coil for each flavour but won't bin them as they will be fine to use in future.

Set-Up 1 = Bushido V3 RDA on Bushido BF Mechanical Mod. Kanthal fused clapton 0.4ohms.

Set-Up 2 = Vertex MTL RTA in Replay Mode set at 20W on Odin Mini. Hybrid MTAlien SS/Ni80 0.6ohms.

Set-Up 3 = Yihi ESS Driver SX Nano Auto Feed Device. 0.6ohm SS316 Disk Coil, device set to Normal warmth.

The cotton used in both the Bushido RDA and Vertex RTA was JellyFish.

My Experience Using The Flavours:

When smelling the open bottle this smells sweet but not a cotton candy sweet much more syrupy, also a hint of vanilla and custard undertone with buttery notes also detected.

On the inhale this hits me with a sweet sugary syrup and a slight buttery note sitting in the background, a velvety custard is definitely present even if quite muted at this stage. On the exhale the sweet remains but now that buttery note reveals itself as a buttery pastry entwined within the syrup giving it layers of syrup and flaky pastry, the custard is much more evident now and the vanilla note i smelt when smelling the open bottle for the first time becomes evident while vaping. The taste left in the mouth see's the pastry all but vanish leaving a sweet velvety custard taste. This is a very well crafted e-liquid which i could vape regular but maybe just a little too sweet for an ADV!

When smelling the open bottle there is no mistaking the punchy Pineapple and Ripe Mango but also some summery mixed berries in the background making this a bit more interesting than your usual Tropical Punch!

This is basically a Tropical Punch with a summer berries twist which emerges on the exhale. The balance between the Pineapple and Ripe Mango is spot on and on the exhale we get a summer berries medley emerge but only evident enough to compliment the Pineapple and Mango without ever threatening this flavours Tropical credentials. The aftertaste gives a touch of Pineapple with Sweet Mango lingering! Very nice!! I could see this as an ADV, an alternative on a summers day to a juice with coolant, this is very refreshing!

Smelling the open bottle reveals a refreshing Watermelon along with a sweet flavour i struggled to identify. Somewhere between Raspberry, Strawberry and even Cucumber at times this very sweet pleasant smell intrigued me so i investigated further to find it's Prickly Pear a member of the Cactus family. When seeing how close i was to describing the flavour i found that just about everyone describes the flavour differently, it's unique while very familiar!

This e-liquid stays consistent on both the inhale and exhale and leaves a sweet refreshing aftertaste. Watermelon dominates throughout but the Prickly Pear contributes greatly giving this a quite unique yet very pleasant refreshing flavour!

On smelling the open bottle i got a mixed berries aroma which included Blackberry and Raspberry for sure but many more, also a definite menthol cut through which filled me with dread as i am not the biggest menthol fan!

On the inhale this is a mixed berries with Blackberry the most identifiable berry but the overall flavour was very similar to Vimto my wife's favourite drink, it has a slight menthol which is actually quite pleasant at this point. The Exhale see's the menthol much stronger which also gives this a much more menthol dominant aftertaste, i am not that keen i must be honest but my wife loves it so a pity she isn't marking it!

SCORE: 7/10 (not a menthol fan)

Conclusion

A really nice range of e-liquids, as mentioned the missing Medusa sounds a winner, Zeus and Kraken were both very nice while the pick was Trident which i found to be excellent! Not so keen on Hydra although they have nailed the Vimto flavour but just too much menthol on the exhale for someone not so keen!
