"tootle puffers" came from the itty bitty mods thread. The sub ohmers looking for 100watt + mods to run high wattage for clouds and such called those of us who run low watts (10-15 or less), using toppers like protanks, T3s, non-sub ohm tanks (including Kayfuns and the like building around 2 ohm coils) looking for small size and battery life only "low wattage tight draw tootle puffers".

guess im a double barrel tootle puffer. my orchid has 2 1.5 ohm coils with separate air channels for each coil. kind of like vaping 2 tootle puffer tanks at the same time. a double barrel tootle puffer 
Well, kinda pushing the envelope... since parallel 1.5s come in at 0.75... Unless you have the Orchid V87.4 which has two chimneys!
The well-deserved braggadocio of the Tootle Puffer is that they (usually) know exactly the what and why of their vaping style.

I quess I don't know if I am a Tootle Puffer. I don't exactly know what my wattage is. I run a mech. Sometimes I run 1.4ohm, 1.0ohm and .5ohm. Maybe I am a Swinging Tootle Puffer.
If you use a mech, and are familiar with Ohm's Law, (which all mech users should be), you can calculate wattage.
In the world of ECF nicknames, I think you'd be a modwomper, but only if you wanted to be.

I know but the term started as a joke and I use and EK V2 at 1.3 ohms and a protank 2 at 1.8 ohms so I really don't fit into any category except vapor. just thought about that title when I was using my orchid and it sounded like a funny play on the term tootle puffer. but its the only sub-ohm tank that gives me the flavor and cool vape that I get with my low power tanks with just twice as much vaperWell, kinda pushing the envelope... since parallel 1.5s come in at 0.75...
