1/11 #1 I was warned this year that I will have to get knee replacement surgery before I'm 50 if I don't start being active again.
Too many years of athletic injuries have left me with massive Bone spurs and having to take painkillers daily.
Two New Years ago my resolution was to do at minimum 5 minutes of exercising a day. I kept it up for 13 months - the majority of the
time if you do 5 minutes, you're going to keep going. I lost 30 lbs & felt great. Another injury led me to stop exercising entirely for the
rest of the year. SO.... My resolution is back to the old one: No matter how terrible I feel, I can manage 5 minutes of exercise. No skipping days or making excuses.
