After reading many of the positive reviews on Killer juice and their customer service, I decided to give them a try and placed an order tonight...

One thing I notice that was odd is the only Mt Dew flavor available was Sangrita... I was looking forward to trying some more.

Does Killer juice rotate flavors available?

The other dew's are kind of hidden flavors. Just search for 'dew' and they will all show up. There are about 10 different ones. Walt changed the layout of the site, and the ones that show are the most popular flavors to streamline his products.

On the sales, yes and his sales start on Thursdays noon I think, he posts a link and flavor announcement and runs until midnight eastern on Sunday

Just FYI - Walt also posted yesterday that the site will go back to listing all flavors later this summer, so all the"personal favorites" should be back in plain view soon.
