I got my 2 kits today. They do not seem to be compatible with the yeti (510). The threads appear to be different. I did not press the issue as I do not wish to ruin my 510 components. Still not a bad deal, but is dissappointing. I got a total of 5 batteries and 4 atomizers, and 2 chargers. All items are very much like the 510, but do not mate together. Guess I'll save them for when my yeti dies.

Cool, my kits arrived (no extras, but at this price I'm not complaining).

I can confirm that they aren't compatible with the Dura - the battery's a bit longer, the cart is a little slimmer and the threads between battery and atomiser don't match. I've got a battery charging now and I'm looking forward to seeing how well the units perform.

The Rad Bull liquid I ordered at the same time is intriguing. It's like a cross between Red Bull and Bazooka Joe bubblegum. Quite pleasant in a weird way.

Thanks, Ben!

LOL@ ED.. I was listening to some nice piano music (some Chopin) winding down last night, had my speakers turned up a bit to compensate for the quiet nature of the music, clicked on Bloog's site and was BOMBARDED by this horrible virtual head talking to me. I will NEVER put anything like that on my site...Not exactly like that, anyway. :)

Some people have told me they really like these units, and some people have told me they really don't. The atomizers also seem to get flooded as well (blow out the liquid and they start working again just fine)..They're a bit touchy for my blood, need some bugs worked out, hence the liquidation. :D

A little update on those Modenas.

I was getting worried last night because when I gave them a try the LED lit up, the liquid gurgled, the atomiser hissed and crackled, and virtually no vapour was produced at all. This was the same for all the atomisers and batteries I received so I figured the problem was with me. On the plus side, I did discover that none of the batteries or atomisers are obviously broken.

I put a battery on charge overnight and using that I'm getting some vapour, although not as much as with my Pilot and nowhere near as much as my Dura. I'm thinking that the atomisers need to be broken in before they start to work properly, but I can see why they'd cause big problems with returns.

No problems with leaks yet, but it's all too easy to get a taste of liquid through the mouthpiece while frantically trying to suck hard enough to kick the atomiser into action. Oh yeah, the batteries have the Dura-style 2 second cutoff (easily worked around by varying the suction when you take a drag).

Update. Vaping away while I was writing this and the first atomiser is definitely improving :) It's almost up to Pilot levels now, albeit with a *very* light draw compared to the Pilot's "sucking through a blocked cocktail straw" feel or the Dura's perfect balance.

On the whole I'm pretty happy I got in on this deal.

Mine is not leaking. I haven't drained and filled a cart yet but I have toped it off to the max several times. Not a speck of juice in my mouth. I am getting a little light headed... I think Ben needs an electronic chick on his website like those Bloog people.

Touchy is right. I have had mine for about 5 hours. I go from absolutely loving it to so,so every 30 minutes or so. The 2 second thing is, well... I dunno, cause it did it for a while, then went to like a 6-7 second cutoff. Wonder if they have some temp circuitry or "dryness" circuitry like the M401's but more sensitive?

I like old school 901 carts in them BTW. Crackle-ly goodness (as of 10:56 EST.)

Definitely want to send great "Props" to Ben for super fast shipping and he threw in a set of complimentary carts! (much appreciated Ben) My Modena set is hit or miss also w/ the vapor; although, I've been placing a small piece of Scotch tape around half of the battery and atomizer connection thread (which reduces the amount of air flow) and tend to get a bit better vapor production and a little more throat hit (just make sure that you top off the cart a bit more so it does not burn out the atomizer since it runs a bit warmer this way).

Also, I just slightly place the tip of the cart at the tip of my mouth upon inhale (as opposed to inserting the whistle piece in my mouth like a 901) and inhale slowly... and I tend to get a longer draw...worth a shot if you're having trouble getting some good vape:D

Anyway, for the price..can't beat it and thanks again Ben!
