Hi BJ43,

We can't afford to give too much discount away on these sheets. The #500 mesh is especially costly to produce.

However I am happy to offer a lifetime 5% discount to all members of your forum.

All they have to do is email me with the following information:

· Name and delivery address

· Telephone Number - We won’t call, but we have to input one into the system

· Email address

I will then set them up with a login account for our website. They'll then be able to login and receive the 5% discount anytime they want.

Kind Regards

Chris Platt

In my case, it's always the wick that causes it to short. As a result, the top coil almost always blow immediately if I fire it long enuff. These days I just tap the button a couple of times while setting up to check for red spots. And if there's no shorts, fire for effect. :)

And would like to thank u again I tried your advice last night and it's work perfect on the 2 orion until now the coil is perfect with no short

Thanks, Studiovap..... appreciate the quick answer....... seems that some sizes just aren't available in A or A-1 often enough and the buy It Now is already sold out by the time I find it, so thought I'd try the D if it was safe to use. Now I feel better.... whew....

If assuming 28awg is not a must for you: www.zivipf.de.vu | eBay

I got my 29awg Kanthal A from him. 25m spool for £9.++

Dunno whether that's expensive or not. Just glad I got it.

I can't imagine the amps needed for that gauge of wire......

Also, does the grade of Kanthal really matter? The difference between the grades of A1, A, D, etc is just the amount of aluminum and the resistance varies by so little between them.

I've used A1 and A. No difference in the vaping/taste/etc...

Yes, it does matter, and take a look at the heat rating specs on the different wires the A1 & APM are the highest rated as well...

Take a look at the heat rating specs and all specs here = http://www.kanthal.com/en/products/...ting-wire-and-resistance-wire/list-of-alloys/

you may not get to much of a taste difference between say A & A1 but you do when you get into bigger differences of grades, especially when comparing Nichrome to say Kanthal A1,, I sure taste a difference with the Kanthal A1 giving me a better vape than Nichrome.

Just under two weeks for me too. Customs is the wild card far as I'm concerned. Sometimes items fly through other times they languish just sitting there. I could tell from the post mark on the envelope that my order was processed very quickly and shipped. The Mesh Company does not mess around with order processing. It's the postal services that seem to slow things down. Yours will arrive.... it's tough to be patient though.....

Yeah, it seems to be more of a customs thing, and the route it takes. My order was only a few days. In fact, it was so fast that when it arrived I thought they must have a branch in the states, until I checked the stamps.
