@ Larry: Is that 32g A1. That's also my favorite setup on my Lines. 8 wraps at 9 to 10 watts

Does anybody know how thick #500 mesh is? Is 2x the wire thickness a good estimate based upon wire weave overlap?
For example: If #500 mesh wire diameter is .025mm, the calc indicated that with a .01mm center hole you need 200mm of mesh for a 2.5mm wick. Seem a bit improbable based upon posted results to date.
If you build in the wire overlap (2x wire diameter) to have a Mesh thickness of .05mm, you will need 100mm of mesh, which is more in line with posted efforts.
Cool tool in any case.
Keep reading this thread, but I'm still the only person who has had zero success so far with the 500.
Wicking is not great and flavor is very muted compared to the same devices with a thin wick.
The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.
The script had an error or it did not produce any output. If there was an error, you should be able to see it in the error log.

) makes sense From the calculator
Outside Diameter of Rolled Material (mm) 2.5
Thickness of Material (mm) 0.05 [2 X 0.025]
Diameter of Center Hole (mm) 0.01 [assuming 10micron center hole]
Length of Material (cm) 9.817 [= 98.17 mm]
Outside Diameter of Rolled Material (mm) 2.5
Thickness of Material (mm) 0.05 [2 X 0.025]
Diameter of Center Hole (mm) 0.10 [center hole 10X as large as above]
Length of Material (cm) 9.802 [= 98.02 mm]
Center hole size doesn't affect the calculation (much), which when you think about itrolleyes:
) makes sense
.
BJ to confirm.....Do you think this would be too small? 316 SS mesh with 8100 holes per square inch.

looks pretty cool, so that would be #1000. I think we need BJ in here to confirm if this will be awesome y/n
