Glad you are loving them, Jac.I've had my wife's and my Target for about 3 weeks. We are loving them seen one in a shop for $100 and thought "man thats cool but pricy" So i started looking online and got it in 3 days for $68. I love going into the shops and them ask me "what is that ? / is it custom ? "
I think it was a great choice for are first MOD. Also looking into pre ordered on a
Vaporesso Tarot 200VTC Mod
Everyone is about to shut down for the Holiday. I'll send an email to ask for you, but may not get a reply for a few days.does anyone know where to get a replacement glass. My wife just brought her's home with a chip near the bottom O-ring
I'll try to work with some of my tanks and see if I can find a glass tube that fits the Target Tank.My hope is that it will last till the Orctank comes out
The Joyetech CLR (Rebuildable) looks to me like it might not be the best one for a beginner to start with...
I haven't tried to rebuild a Melo ECR yet, but I will. It is a Vertical Coil...
I have rebuilt other Vertical coils and it's not that bad. It's a little more challenging than a Horizontal coil in most Tanks and Heads that are made to be rebuildable, but all you have to do is get the cotton wrapped snugly around the coil. You can pull the pad's outer layers off or not. The Joyetech CLR has a coordination challenge, because of having to use the bit to hold the coil in place while assembling it.
Rebuilding a SubTank OCC Head...
They all have their Pros and Cons, but the SubTank OCC Head seems the easiest of the 3 for a beginner to me, because the rod that holds the coil in place goes through the wick hole while mounting the coil inside. With the Joyetech CLR, the coil has to be held in a slot, rather than a hole.
However, the SubTank and Melo have actual RBA Heads that are much easier to rebuild because they are made with rebuilding in mind. I don't have a Melo 2 RBA yet, but I find the SubTank Mini RBA to be quite easy to rebuild. The easiest thing for a beginner would probably be to start with something that is designed to be rebuilt (other than the Joyetech CLR). Of the 3, I'd suggest the SubTank Mini RBA Head.
I hope this helps. The videos may help you to decide.
Good Luck.

You are going to love it, I'm sure. I have just been amazed at the longevity of these coils!Just gotta say thanks to VG for starting this thread. I was very recently lucky enough to win one of the kits here on Heaven Gifts thread and dropped in here to get a better idea on the performance of the cCell coils. I've been using rayon wicks for about a year now and for the first time since switching to rayon I'm actually excited to try a new wick style! Rayon has been very good to me, but I am super interested in giving these a try. It's awesome to hear that cooladdict has managed to get at least 20 tanks out of one coil... longevity is a big deal to me!
I just got a replacement for the one that had TC issues, and I will be posting about the differences just as soon as I can! I already noticed that the screen on the new one (full production model) is brighter and just a tiny bit different (i think the font is just a wee bit bigger) so I am already happy, but I need to test it out in TC mode to see if the firmware behaves better on this one. I got the mod as I was running out the door to go rescue hubby 2 states away, but I'm home now and I will throw a nickle coil into a tank and test it that way first. I loaded the kanthal coil into the new Target tank and I am definitely still in love with this coil. It's the best coil I have ever used for flavor, hands down.I can't state this with certainty, but Vaporesso seems to have made some changes to the cCells and they are working better for many people. The Target Mod may have some updates as well. I have asked, but not been given a direct reply, but some of the posters here have said the Mod they have is different than what some of us have seen so far.
I haven't vaped with Rayon for a little while, as I started using Japanese Cotton Pads. Your input will be appreciated.

Very cool pictures, George! Happy New Year!
Hmmm, looks like that conversation was a month ago, so maybe that's when they changed a few things. The buttons on the new ones are a different color than the ones in the first pictures we got for this mod and I bet that's when things changed. Or I could be making it all up.I clicked on this link and then clicked on the Disscussion Box and this is what is there.....I don't know what if anything this means ???
