well went to order another batch of ceramics from HG and they raised the price to 18 bucks from 15.caaarap.must be the new year prices.I'll just get mine from vapeNW.at least I'll get em in 2 days for the same price
Oh no! They were on sale for 23% off until yesterday! :( They will be 10% off starting Feb. 5, though, for the second round of Spring Festival price cuts. The coupon code AHGEVAPE is good for an additional 8% off, too. I have used it every time I have ordered from them. But hey! You get yours on 2 days, so it's a WIN! :)

Nope. I was just pointing out that it isn't wide open like the Target tanks. I like my Melo 2 much better than the Target tank, but that's mainly just because of the top/side fill.
It looks pretty accessible to me! The juice channel looks really wide, and like it is recessed back from the glass a good bit. You don't have any problems with that tank and dry hits, do you?

I just looked at the Melo 2 tank tonight. My Apex needed a backup because I have dropped it twice now and I am afraid I am going to break the seal in it, lol. Ended up getting the iSub S for backup for that one but I might still get the Melo 2, especially since it does Target coils. Top fill and a ceramic coil? Yes please!! :D

The side fill on it is pretty neat. No leaks, and no mess.

Just like the Melo2 the Vape Forward atomizer has side fill but I found it to be bigger and easier to fill up. The juice flow holes line up perfectly with the lowest being right at the base of the deck and all are exposed through the tank itself visually.

Was thinking about picking up the vaporesso tank just because, but I don't think it's necessary. This thing is working great!

I know there's probably a more appropriate place to ask this, but what can I say? I like you guys/gals!

Anyway. My cCell heads and iJust 2 tank are on the way, should be here tomorrow. I also bought a Reuleaux rx200 mod. And it got me thinking that it's high time I look into some other new gear. I've been real happy with my Aqua V2 clones for vaping my high VG liquids on the go. But the capacity is so small! I love everything about this tank, the looks, the dual coil design, flavor and vapor production are perfect for me.

But I want something new. What's out there that is real similar to the Aqua V2 (dual coil deck, easy to build, eats up high VG easy, etc) but has a larger capacity? I'm looking for at LEAST 4.5ml. I don't mind a subohm tank as long as there's an RBA deck that meets these other needs. But I've been out of the loop for a few months and have totally lost the map!

Anyone want to offer some suggestions? I'm a fairly experienced rebuilder. Nothing fancy, just yer basic kanthal micro coils. I use rayon for wicking. I was a big genesis atty fan for a while so if there's a new genny out there that would fit the bill, that's cool too, but it's a bit counter to my other, more important parameters.

Sapphire V2, Sapphire V1, CCI Triforce, Itsuwa Rage all offer the ability to convert from RTA to RDA, have decent decks, and, I think, around 4+ ml capacity.

Derp. I forgot to list probably the MOST important aspect: being able to remove the deck withOUT having to drain the tank. So, bottom fill is most likely, and that's fine with me. I'll check out the ones you listed though. Thanks!

I think... don't have 'em with me today... but the Sapphires and Triforce will allow for that.

If you aren't married to the idea of dual coils the Hurricane is something I've been enjoying before getting the ccell coil. Meets all your requirements except dual coil. The deck is removable and i've heard rumors they may release additional deck styles in the future but I think it's just the 1 for now.

What about the Mutank? The deck looks sorta like the Aqua V2's. I was looking at the Scylla, since it has ceramic heads, but I definitely don't dig the RTA deck for that one.

I was sorta considering a Vapmod XTank 4.0, really just because it holds 10ml. It's a big, sorta oblong/rectangular tank that *might* look alright on the Reuleaux. But the QC on those appears to be spotty. Reports of MAJOR leaking due to a design flaw that MIGHT have been fixed by now. And I don't know much/haven't seen many photos of its rebuild deck....

(again gang, real sorry to be so OT)

I think... don't have 'em with me today... but the Sapphires and Triforce will allow for that.

Hey, that COULD be a contender! I guess it's pretty obvious, but I'm mainly after flavor and capacity. Aesthetics and cloudsbro aren't major priorities. Just a nice bonus.

I am STILL using the origional .9 ohm coil......still going strong, lost track of how many ML I have run through it, but it has been a LOT......the last flavor I loaded is a butter rum, pretty strong flavor, so I have a feeling I won't be able to change flavors again, that this one will stick with the coil, but life has been pretty amazing so far.

I had been using a cCell in my iJust 2 for a while and got some new juice last night so I switched out the coil with a new one and that thing burnt me up!

I didn't really take the time to investigate the issue, which I'll do tonight, but I'm guessing that it may be a combination of the honeycomb wicking holes being placed differently inside the tank, and the fact that the new juice is max VG. Just wanted to give a heads up to anyone having issues there... I'm going to fiddle with it tonight to see what's going on, but the last coil that I had in it was performing beautifully (and I had taken the coil in and out a few times, so the wicking holes would have been moved a bit there).

Urk! Please do report back with your findings! I will be using this exact setup; I'll have it tomorrow, actually....
