Have to stop browsing at all my favorite vendors, finding stuff in stock that's been out of stock forever, then ordering it without thinking of the consequences.

I get paid twice per month. I know how much I'm "saving" by not smoking, and can hopefully restrict myself to spending just that much each pay period.

The question in my mind is what if they are out of stock on my "ordering day" and then my addictive personality comes into play! Someone mentioned eating beans for a week, not sure if my kids would go for it!

Would you recommend a twice monthly ordering day, or just order whenever you feel like it but stay within the budget?

Find more venders. err.... ah... no better not that would lead to even more temptation.

I tried the budget thing.. spend only what I spent on stinkys. Nope didn't work.
Then my wife had a great idea. She said only spend what I made in overtime. THAT works great! :)
But, I get at lest 15 hrs. a week in overtime. :D

Seriously though, as long as your staples (battereis, attys juice) are stocked up, I'd order whenever you want, staying within budget of course.
As long as the bills are paid, our bellies are full and there's extra money in the bank, I'll wear out that submit button... and the postman! LOL!

I justify my spending on all the overtime I'm getting. I get paid every week. I end up ordering stuff twice a week. Try to stay at or under 50.00 a week. Ordering just under 50.00 this week on DIY juice supplies. Gonna give it a try. I've got 2 vv ego style batteries a mini lavatube a vamo on the way. Will pick up another 18350 battery and a better charger. If I can go with minamul spending after that I'll treat myself to a blemished mini provari the end of July for my birthday. At least that's the plan.

I can always justify what I'm buying. However, the electric company doesn't accept my flimsy excuses! :p

I think I'll try the fill a cart without hitting the checkout button, kind of like window shopping, windows shopping instead!

I just this week bought a Vamo, a few spare heads to go with the vivi nova's it comes with, 5 each spare heads for my T3's and my Evod's. I think I have enough wire and cheesecloth to re-coil them all year. I keep trying new juice, even though I already have my favorites. Tonight's purchase was my favorite new [pricey] juice because it's been out of stock, now it's back, and I'm about to run out!!! Horrors!

Yeah, figuring out how much I use in two weeks, making sure I have enough on hand not to run out prior to the next purchase, and stop impulse buying, those are my goals. Thanks for sharing everyone!

Yes, a budget! That's a great ide...Oh look, Protanks are on sale! Well, it would be silly to pass that up. Hmmm, I should probably get some replacement heads while I'm at it. Oh yeah, I've been meaning to pick up some more of those IMR 18650 batteries - might as well grab a few of those to save on shipping costs. Cool, they carry the AGA-T2 - man I want to try one of those. Maybe I should just bite the bullet and get it...

$200 later...I think my only hope is that I'll stop buying ecig paraphernalia once I have one of everything.

The problem is, they keep coming out with something new every time I turn around. My latest drool-worthy want-to-buy is this:

http://www.vapourart.com/en/product/gp-spheroid-version-2

I need a rebuildable, especially one that looks so darn simple to work with. No, really, I NEED one. But then my mod will look so ugly that I'll have to buy one of the GP mods to go with it. And batteries, and and and!! This is a sickness. The only cure is more vaping!

Yes, suddenly I'm becoming obsessive, probably why I was addicted to cigarettes in the first place. Seriously thinking of buying a provari, but so far have restrained myself.

So far I've managed to restrain myself. I make no promises for the future.

I'll have to NOT smoke a LOT of packs to justify that one. . .

$100 per month. I let myself add what I did not spend in one month into the next... Until I reach $200. I even managed to have $200 for three months... Then this month, I've spent....lets see...
$70 - Cylapex
$25 - Yubi external recharger
$30 - Wizard labs
$55 - Sun vapers
$45 - China sells
$225 total
But $25 of that is actually for someone else , so next month I still get $100. If he pays me the $25. If not, I only get $75.

First get plenty of everything you want then wait for holiday sales. If you have an item that frequently comes up out of stock, when its in stock get extras. After you have plenty of everything you can do the budget. Initial investment for me somewhere around $2,400.00? But i pret much bet what I want, and its not always what I need. Because i want variety. I get bored easily, and different juices go with different devices and different volts or watts too. And i lime the way some look and dripping top and bottomfeeding are both needed because i dont drip well on the go but must have atties. Little cartosare fine at 5 volts with 3 0hms with certain juices, but 1.7 ohms for pyrex tanks/cartos. Standard resistance or about 2.2 ohms for my attomizers including tank atties, like for eRoll. Must have hands fre vapng sometimes.... A lot of times so does one battery do this? And obviously i coud go on and on and i could too because theres MORE! But if you can stick to one device and one battery youre way a head! Im not even going to re read this before entering..i might keep going!

A bit crowded on the reply there Falool, but I'm gonna disagree with you on the one device needed. You will need a battery that does what you want and at least one backup.
I have 4 pipes, 2 twists, 2 spinners and now a Cylapex. It all depends on what your main issue is. Mine was battery life since I'm a VERY heavy vaper. Sometimes you just have to get new devices until you get one that does what you want.

The Cylapex is 6,600 mah. It lasts me about 34 hours of vaping, so that is about 2 days for me. It has variable voltage (3 steps only instead of controllable)

So... my second concern now that the first is taken care of is getting a battery I can dial in without loosing the large mah I have. if it comes out, I WILL buy it! :D

As long as you have a good delivery device on the battery (easy enough to find for most), you will only have to get better ones until you have the perfect setup. THEN you can spend no more than $20 a month on juice!
