About to make a purchase...

This will be my first "real" PV other than my kd808. I think I want an eGo, but which one? Probably get some mini vivi novas too? 50/50 juice, and anything else? Thanks!

Also, anybody prefer one site over another?

Get the eGo Twist. You have more options that way. I shop around, use coupon codes, check shipping and then go with the least expensive.

Oh, and I might add that the least expensive changes depending on the sale, the coupon etc. If you need the coupon codes, you can google it. I think I just typed in ecig coupon codes or something.

Also, check the vendor threads, sometimes they advertise special deals and coupons there also. Good luck!

I assume we're talkin about the eGo-C? What size battery would you recommend, the biggest?

I would stay away from the standard ego, it has less voltage than the kr808 batteries. Get an ego twist. Altsmoke sell them for $23 for the 650mah and $26 for the 1000mah. If you register with them first, you can use coupon code FIRSTORDER for 10% off your order.

Definitely get a Twist... get TWO!! Variable voltage doesn't come any cheaper (meaning less expensive, not cheap!) than the Twist. I have two, and will be getting two more. I have the 1000mah, and yes, they're quite long but that doesn't matter to me.. they last me almost all day (very heavy vaper here!) Don't forget an Ego charger. As for vivi's or clearos or cartos.. all a matter of opinion. I use 3.5ml tanks with single coil prepunched cartos.. you can get those just about anywhere. There's TONS of options,, but if you start with a Twist, you won't be sorry.

I can't imagine a better start-up than two Twist's. I have a ProVari and I like the Twist's almost as much. Almost.

Another Twist vote from me! If you don't mind that it's a bit long, go for the 1000mAh model. You will definitely enjoy having the variable voltage option. Even though I just started myself, if there was one thing I would change in what I've purchased so far, it would be getting a Twist battery first, not later :]
