WOW! JUST FRIGGIN' WOW!!!
Just got my AFSv2 today! Suffered the 120 degree heat in the shop just long enough to drill out a cartomizer(already had the Dremel drill press rig) and came back inside. Loaded this puppy up with juice and I'm now officially high on nicotine! That hasn't happened in a long, long time! This thing is pure simplicity and heaven at the same time!! Imeo you are the greatest genius there is!! And whoever figured out using the cartomizer with this is right there with them!!
I've got this on my BSB at the moment running 3.7v but should have my new Buzz Varivolt later this week and I'll just be floating! I wish I'd had this setup when I first got into e-cigs..I'd of been able to walk away from analogs on day one! I can see some very long road trips ahead with this!!

I measured it at 8mm and made a mark while I was inside the house. Took it outside and drilled. Didn't even think about remeasuring when I came back in. Should be correct, but I'll double-check on the next juice reload. I did verify that the hole was above the o-ring once installed and it's pretty much flush with the bottom but the hole is fully in the tank not gapping over the o-ring or anything like that. I'll letcha know..depends on how long this tank lasts me..tonight or tomorrow for sure.

I'll wash my own clothes Imeo...but if you want to add an espresso brewer as the next big mod attachment I wouldn't complain! LOL! I'm thinking along the lines of a dual-atty setup..one is vape juice..the other espresso.
How cool would that be if we all met up in Maui, I have been there 4 times now and have a cousin that lives on the island with one awesome home. If we could all go at the same time and have a huge vape party with Hawaiian chicks hula dancing while we where all enjoying ourselves at the big Vape party in Maui that would just be really cool. I think we should all put $50 a week in a separate account and when we have enough we have this vaping vacation in Maui. how many wanna play I'm in.!!!

Maui? You bet! I was there 10 years ago, went to Okipa (sp?), the windsurfing capital of the world, and I get there ... and ..... no wind!
So I must go there and try again ... but this time ... I'm thinking kiteboarding instead of windsurfing

Ok so I'm attempting to modify a cartomizer but I'm not sure that I have the correct size drill bit. What is the equivalent of 1.5mm in U.S.? I think its around 11/64 but not sure... Can anyone shed some light on this for me?
wood_510...try the 1/16th bit..that's what I used and it's working fine. You can get the little drill bit pack for the dremel and it has all the smaller bits. Smallest I could find in the regular bits was 3/16th and that's huge. Hope that helps.

I'm already considering a full GGTS AFS rig..maybe as my one year anniversary for vaping..or my Bday in November. I try to keep my vaping budget at breakeven on my spreadsheet and I've just blown that bigtime for the next couple of months..LOL! But it's money very well spent!! Thx again!!
