to me the thicker wire is so much easier to work with. i also had more issues using the 32 compared to the thicker wire. when i dropped to 30 i found my coils were much more consistant and now that i am using 28 its even better.
Hmm...maybe i should get some 28. Right now...32awg if I try for 5 or 6 coils...its a hotspot nightmare.
If I do 4... its fine. Been using this coil for 3 days now and its been working good.
Also.. I turned it down from 9w to 7.5 and it seems to be tasting better.
Hopefully this week Ill put in an order for some more 500 mesh and a roll of 28 gauge.
Ill see what happens with that.

Yea, I started noticing shut offs when I was hovering around 1ohm ish.
I ordered a 100ft spool of 28awg. Should be here today or tomorrow.
Im figuring a 4/5 or 5/6 would work. I found when I did a good coil....I only vaped at 7.5 watts instead of 9 or 10.
That alone jumped my battery up alot....

sometimes i use the bolt or drill bit method, you definately get more wraps, nice and even too. but i dont do alot of wraps anyways so it is just as easy if not easier just to wrap the wick regular. i think if the coils are to close they get gunked up quicker. the trick with the aga-t is the top of the wick. because the wick hole is kind of far away from the center post, you kind of need to bend the wick slightly over to the center post, to get it closer. that why especially the aga i just wrap the coil regular. if you do not get the wick closer to the center post you will get a major hot spot on the top coil. in my other gennys the wick hole is much closer to the CP. so you need to inset the wick and wrap the coil and before you attach to the top nut, you need to bend the wick over alittle. then attach and tighten. but when you tighten top nut that also tightens up the top coil against the wick, which is not good. it is very easy to make the top coil to tight. so you may need to ajust and readjust to get it right. if you get a top hot spot it usally is, wick has a frey on the edge of wick, top of wick not oxidized enough, top coil is to tight or to loose, or the distance of the wick to the CP not right. it is uaually the last 2 that happen.
Yea it starts to hit its limitations around 11ish watts with a single 18650 according to some reviews.
I might try some 18350's.... but vaping it at over 11 watts is going to drain the battery quickly I can imagine.
