Along with the Biscuit I ordered yesterday, I also got the FA Apple Pie, based on recommendations here -- re-upped on TFA Blueberry (extra), got some TFA Vanilla Swirl, since I was so disappointed in the taste of the CAP Vanilla Custard v2, and even got some TFA Whipped Cream, since I discovered it doesn't have diketones; it's got triacetin, whatever that is -- it doesn't seem to be a diketone, which is what I was mainly worried about.

When I get the Biscuit and Apple Pie, and since I already have the CAP Cinnamon Danish and TFA Vanilla Bean Gelato, I'll be all set for trying some apple pie with ice cream -- yum!

FYI, the FA Apple Pie likely won't require any Biscuit since it essentially apple + FA Cookie which is essentially Biscuit. However, if you felt you wanted more of that crust element, then maybe, but it probably won't need it -- if anything, you'll need less of it. You may find that Biscuit is better for the bottom-up building of an apple pie.

Note: triacetin and I don't get a long. It's kinda funny to work with. The final liquid can look cloudy if too much is used (based on my experience) and to my taste buds it can be an almost abrasive chemical taste, but if used very lightly its fine. Start low: that ain't neva hurt nobody!

That's good to know, about the FA Apple Pie. I've also got some FA Apple, in case it needs a touch more appleyness.

I mainly got the Whipped Cream because it seems like a necessary ingredient in a lot of these fruit+cream recipes, and it didn't have diketones, which at first I thought it did.

Annnnnnnnnnd awesome, my BCV order has shipped.

I really wanted to order some more wholecig WTA before I run out of it; I know I said I wouldn't order from them again, but the mothersmilkwta is just too smoky to use "straight" in my sweet recipes, so I've been mixing the two, 2/3 wholecig, 1/3 mmwta. However the battery in our truck died so we had to spend $140 on a new one, so there went most of the vape budget. *sigh*

One damned thing after another... to quote an old Mad Magazine cartoon... :D

Yeah, their unflavored is astronomically expensive. Wholecig's is a *little* cheaper, but they both require the 2-day priority shipping, which really drives up the price.

I've tried aroma's WTA-infused ejuice, and the virginia was ok, when I still vaped that, but their "best berry pancakes" apparently has *something* in it that messed with my breathing something terrible -- that was when I got on the no-diketones train. I mixed it as I do other high-VG or 100% VG -- like wholecig's -- so the end result came out to 80% PG, but it still messed with my breathing as if I was vaping straight VG -- which made me think it probably has diketones.

But, their WTA-infused doesn't contain a lot of WTA; their *actual* unflavored WTA is like my vape budget for about 3-4 months. No can do.

Yeah, I hear ya'. AeJ's unflavored WTA is the bomb aside form the price. If I could afford to buy Aroma's WTA as much as I would want though, I'd never run out. But, man, 2 (what I would need) of those bottles vs. what I can buy in flavorings is just something that I can't currently consider. I do occasionally buy premade eliquid, but it's usually on sale. But with the way I vape WTA when I have it, man, I'd go through it! Oh how nice it would be to have unlimited -- or just more -- funds.

I usually make a little go a long way, but I've vaped it in everything since I first started using it. I'm doing just fine at the 9% level, so at the end of the month, I'll start doing my mixes with just 8% WTA. I like that mothersmilkwta lets me order it as 50/50, and it works very well, but the smoky scent is just too strong to use it in sweet mixes unless it's a VERY low percentage, so I still have to keep buying the wholecig for a while -- it's nice to have SOME alternative to them though, with their awful shipping policies.

Hopefully my slow reduction will allow me to return to plain-nic vaping, as I did at first and had no problems, till the appendectomy and all associated problems. Crossing my fingers!

Mixed today, had time before work

3.5% FA Apple pie, single flavor trial..read HIC notes on other forum too

7% FW cinnamon churro...single trial, could be possibility in apple pie, see if l I'm liking this or fa apple pie better, trying to get my crust base before the Apple flavorings, have tfa cinnamon roll I should try too...there's not a phyllo dough flavor out there that i know of or seen yet, is there?

5% FW cantaloupe, revisiting cause at 12.5% I get sort of a nail polish remover taste, said I'd try but lower % next, aging did not help tone down, might just not be my type of flavor, will see

FW vanilla custard, vanilla malt, magma current all single trials.(lot of fw and single flavor trials today) Also mixed my tfa blueberry/van swirl blend and some lime coconut(cap, tfa, fa blend)

Have to think of some ideas to try out biscuit...sort of stumped now that I actually have it...

Think of the Biscuit as a scone, and go from there -- but a 'biscuit' will work too :))). I wouldn't exceed 2.5% though. Do you have a maple that you like?

No, I don't really like maple, never have....fruits, hmmm should add with a cream maybe? Cranberry orange sounds good, but missing cranberry... Need to think...could try blueberry lemon, have those 2....might give that a go:) Thanks for % suggestion Mr.Mann!

Do you have Blueberry Extra and Wild? If so, try this simple mix:

4% Blueberry Extra
4% Blueberry Wild
2-2.5% Biscuit

Shake and vape.

p.s. 2% for this mix could be dropped to 1-1.5%.

Today I'm going to try out this variation of Bbmom's Blueberry Buckle:

CAP B'berry Cinn Crumble 10%
TFA Blueberry Wild 3%
TFA Blueberry Extra 3%
CAP Sweet Cream 5%
Sweetener 2%

I had to wait to do this one, because I was really low on b'berry extra; just ordered some more, and it's on the way, so I figured I'm good to go on a b'berry recipe.

Hadn't seen that one, but it looks pretty good. I really like that BCC, but it could have a little more crumble -- but all in all it's mighty tasty.

Who makes Biscuit? I see it in a lot of recipes, but I haven't found it for sale anywhere. At first I thought it was an FA flavor then I saw it listed in some TFA recipes, but I can't find a flavor by that name for sale anywhere.

Inawera. As far as I know, the only place to get it besides Inawera.com is Bullcityvapor.
