subversive? your current suppliers will suffer the same fate soon enough. big tobacco is focusing on credit card processors to shut down internet sales of e-cigs. mark my words. the future of e-cigs is mortar based stores. we were here long before stores opened. we will be here long after internet regulations of e-cig sales shuts down internet altogether. Do your researxh. cigarettes cannot be purchased on the internet. you think e-cigs are not going to follow that same path? Take a hard look amigo...American Express already informed us of that exact same situation. Look forward to the end of internet sales. Exact same reasonn we are set to open stores everywhere. For our loyal customers, who truly believe in us as a company, just not some other alternative easily grabbed off the internet...

You have confirmed what I said: that the internet portion of your business is no longer your priority.

you're putting words in my mouth I never spoke. Our internet sales have, and always will be a priority. we have proven that time and time again with changing of credit card processors along the way. Our regular processors have no problems with our store sales. swiped cards are solid gold with providers. Internet sales are regulated under the high risk status of credit card supplying. We pay a much higher per transaction rate for internet sales but we continue to do so since our internet sales are a high priority of ours. So, in the future, don't try to suggest to others that any one part of our business is more highly prioritized over another part of our business. Pamela and I have always appreciated every single customer no matter if they are on the internet, or a walk-in into one of our stores.
