Yeah, when I read all these posts about those filmy car windows, I can't figure out what they're talking about -- or about getting "white out" in front of their faces when vaping while driving... that's sure never happened to me; my vapor is gone in seconds, and never was thick enough to impede my vision. Silly cloud chasers.I have to say, even if I WAS a cloud chaser, I'd definitely modify that behavior for vaping while driving.

Also didn't know till today's forum reading that "Tootle Puffers" were a thing. I suppose I was one a few months ago. Started with an Atmos ego, then a Nautilus 1.6/1.8, finally landing on Atlantis, with plans to get into .3 RDA's. I now create clouds that like makin it rain on my face hair, literally.
So I've read through the first thirty pages or so of this thread and I've got just one question; where's my purple Tootle Puffers t-shirt!?!The wristband I can live without if I have to, but I want my T-shirt....

But but but....... I did apply my No Ox.......
?? clouds that make it rain on your face hair?

It is crazy how much and fast things have changed in the vaping worldI had to step away for just shy of 2 years from the forums, groups and all the latest due to some serious health issues, although I never completely stopped vaping. When I came back here last month I felt totally lost... cloud chasing, subohming, 50+++watts... what?!?! LOL Oh Yeah I am old school. So it was great to find this thread
it feels like home Thank You Kat and great to see some familiar names too.
I'm with you on the old school thing. This thread was a delight to find. Every shop I went to looked like they had a fire from all the vapor clouds and it was wonderful to find people that didn't make me feel funny about just wanting a nice vape without caring about clouds.
Ran straight into work's arms, AD.
And right? Nearly. My impression of a TootPuff is far below your "low" wattage of under 20. I've always declared it to be around 10 watts and under. We (all of us) may never agree on that point, but that's my own personal cut off point. Tootle Puffers are for the most part the old skool kids.
I do agree that we are never subohmers, we don't blow clouds (we puff mists), we abstolutely MTL, we don't breathe in hurricanes thru our attIEs, and we use"normal"
drip tips.

Yeah I stay mostly around 10w myself, though I'm loving how I can go up by tenths of a watt on these iSticks; I always found 10.5 to be just a *bit* much, but sometimes 10w just doesn't *quite* cut it -- now I often have mine set about 10.2w, and that's *perfect*!
But, if someone was using high resistance coils, then I could see that they might want to turn it up just a *bit* more, maybe 12-13w, even faithful tootlers.
I ordered a couple of new "genie" driptips -- these are about as far from 'pool noodles' as you can get!
These...

... I ordered the black and silver to use with my new Derringer; it's way too airy for me, even with the barest edge of one airhole showing, so I thought a driptip with a really skinny opening might make it more enjoyable for me... The thing is sooooooo tiny, it would make an excellent stealth vape if I can make it so I actually like it.

Speaking of cool things this one I use tells me the temperature of my vape. I'm right at 450°f. It doesn't do me any good to know but it's still cool.
My sincere pleasure. It obviously means a great deal to me as well. I love to joke about everything vape (ok, just everything), but there is a huge degree of heart in this thread. I have observed it means a lot to many of you, too.
(raises hand) yes, yes there are. I've never been able to grow gardenias in inland calif. Maybe for a month or three, but as soon as the heat hits, forget about it. Maybe they have more luck with them on the coast? Is there a flower garden in America without a Gardenia in it?
I'm behind the wheel alot for work, over 30k miles last year. I've taken to keeping the window down at least a quarter inch to exhaust vapor. Even tootle puffing clouds can obstruct a significant piece of your field of view, especially at 75mph.
