I know the discussion ended a while ago but I have just caught up.

A snippet for you. One of the aussie vapers was booked for using a mobile phone (illegal to use electeonic devices while driving) while using a MVP. Ended up in court and with having to provide a lot of evidence he was let off. So technically not booked while vaping, it was hard work to convince police that his MVP was not a phone.

LOL its funny now but at the time it freaked out the community. Vaping is still walking the ban line here and this guy was a relatively new vaper. Luckily he had the conviction to go through the process. It helped he was a student and couldn't afford the fine.
