no I am sorry there may be an issue :( I would email CS asap so they can look into it and let you know..there is a chance it has shipped but you did not get the tracking number...

Thanks. There was a message on my voice mail tonight saying that they were out of clearomizers in the color that I ordered and wanted to know if they could substitute. I e-mailed cs and gave them the ok to do so. I just wish they had e-mailed me right away instead of trying to call me.

I don't think the X2 mini questions have been answered, but I could have missed it. I have come across an ego kit, with a rebuildable clearo and a 400mah X2 type battery. It comes with a ego style lanyard, 2 extra atomizers, 2 mouthpieces, usb charger....it is cute as heck!!!! And.....it's 808 threaded!!

But, it's not a Volt battery :( Imagine, is there any hope?

I have that one now, and I really like it except for the fact that it's unregulated. If SI came out with a regulated version, that would be fantastic! With a T2 clearo it feels like a cigar in the hand, I can't wait to try it with the new X2-T3s. It's super tiny with a regular carto and a short cone, too!

Imagine,
Did you ever look into those mini batteries? Any hope SI would do a 350 or 400 X2? I originally got a 900 but swaped it for a 650 because it had problems and I found I like the 650 much better, the 900 was just too large for me. I think one even smaller would be awesome. I found a link for one that's 808 threaded, but its not regulated and I don't know if being unregulated it would mess up the rest of my gear. I'd rather stick with SI for my equipment anyway. You guys have been great whenever I've had any issues.
Just wondering.....

I give SI customer service high marks overall. However, they never answer when i call during business hours. Especially during politcal polling season, if i get a (return) call from an area code i do not recognize I send it directly to voice mail. I don't think they leave voice mail messages, maybe because my voice mail message is long and perhaps a bit intimidating. Therefore, SI's phone number is virtually worthless to me. My brother wanted to order from SI but does not have a computer. He tried to order by phone but gave up on that and i had to place his order on my computer, with him on the phone to me.

I think they may be losing some business from those who cannot or do not want to place orders online.

i think the X2 650 is just the right size to fit my hand. anything smaller would not give me the battery life i want. However, i think the 650 gets more pressure at the cord junction from my hand which means the cord quickly becomes less functional as a passthrough. I would like to see more cord reinforement where it plugs into the battery to inhibit this effect.

You're hand is probably bigger than mine.
So just unplug it when it's charged. You don't have to use it as a passthru. It does take awhile to charge, though....(sigh) I heard that when you're using it as a passthru it takes even longer to charge.
I imagine those smaller ones would last as long as my 78s, and I might as well just use the 78s they look cool, too, but the mini looking x2s just look so cute with the Clearomizers on them and I don't like the way the clearos look on my 78s. Functional....but not cute. :p

Unregulated wouldn't mess up your gear, but you'd be disappointed after just a few minutes. What you'd wanna check is the voltage, and how it's gonna react with your cartos and clearos. I used to use regular V2 stick batts (start off at 4.2V then quickly taper down) and regular Volt cartos tasted burnt until the batt voltage tapered down after a few minutes. But then the batt ran out of charge very shortly after that, so not much quality vape time with that setup.

I don't want to have to mess with checking voltage and all that. I know with SI everything works together that they sell and all will be well....and if its not, they'll make it well somehow. If they don't sell it, I'll stay with what they got.
But doesn't hurt to let them know what would be cool! :2cool:
Thanks for explaining that to me, though.

Currently if everyone is on the phone it goes to voicemail...we are adding staff and implementing a new phone system where there will be a holding for a representative option in the next few weeks... so hopefully this will not be a long term issue.

Or Veteran's Day. I'd wait for Veteran's Day. Much more important day to look forward to.

Doubly so for me....it's my birthday! Was kinda nice growing up, always a national holiday that didn't change to the nearest Monday.

What's sad is how few people have any clue what happened on that day to create the holiday. Or what actually transpired that morning before 11:00am. But this is a fun vaping forum, not a history forum. And this is a thread for Imagine......Hi Imagine!
