Why are the X2 clearos never in stock?

I broke down and bought tanks from another vendor, but they turned out to be complete garbage. Sigh..

Ooooh bad timing! :( They just went out of stock yesterday! I think SI has some more on the way. They are great aren't they?! :vapor:

Hey, Imagine,,,,,

I got the two X2's I ordered today, and I love them,,,,,,,,,but one question,,,,DD's light lights up when she vapes, mine does not,,,,,,,it does go on when I connect it to the pass through though,,,,,,to indicate charging.

It doesn't seem to affect the vapor production, and I THINK I remember reading somewhere that no light while vaping isn't a big deal,,,,,if it still works (which it does)

is that right?? If so, I am not worried about it!

thank you!

thank you!!!!!!

do these also get about 300 charges?

and what's harder/easier on the battery? Using it as a pass through whenever possible,,,,,,,or using it free style and charging daily???

I need to get another for back up,,,,,,,not sure I can go back to 78mms after this LOL. They are all good, but the bigger batt is awesome!

Generally, lithium based batteries are good for up to 300 charge/discharge cycles. Their life can be extended if they are recharged before they reach the normal discharge point. This is a function of the chemistry in the battery. On the other side of this, lithium based batteries can be ruined by "trickle" charging them, applying a low current charge to keep them at full charge. Using it in the pass through mode won't hurt it at all. There is an internal controller that keeps an X2 from trickle charging or otherwise over charging so feel free to charge it whenever it may be convenient.

I like the X2 quite a bit as well, they do last quite a while. On the other hand, they can't be used effectively "hands free" so I still use 78mm primarily.

Just my opinion, worth what you're paying for it, your results and mileage may vary, no warrantee or guarantee is expressed or implied.

thanks, Awsum!!!! You're "awsum"!

I had heard that using a pass through was harder on the batt, but I THINK that was an Ego they were talking about,,,,,,,,,so I wanted to see if that were the same :)

when I'm just sitting here at the computer, or watching TV, it makes sense to me to use the pass through since the plug is right next to me,,,,,,,and save the charge for being out and about :)

I would be cautious about using a PC or laptop for a source for either charging or pass through on any battery. Compared to either an X2, or any other battery for that matter, is a cheap item as is a plug-in wall charger. While charging current on an X2 of any size should never come close to what a USB port on a PC or laptop can supply, one never knows......do one?
