yes they should be lasting at least 2-3 hours... are you sure they are fully charged? has this happened since day 1? how old are the batteries?
Hi. I bought a starter kit with two "1 x Sealed Auto Black batteries 78mm", charge them fully each night, but they only last an hour or so, max. I have a 22-minute commute to and from work, alternate between the two units and that's the only time I vape until I get home When I do get home they're both dead in the first half-hour after I arrive. Is that normal? I end up not being able to vipe in the last couple of hours after I get home from work and go to bed because they're charging. I thought they'd last longer than that.

I just got the kit two weeks ago with two batteries. When I first charged the first battery, it only took about an hour, which really surprised me. Now they take three, but doesn't they last less than an hour. Same thing this morning; stopped working after about 40 minutes. Sucked because I had to lay off two people where I work today, got freaked out by it and when I got to the car to vape the battery started to blink. I hadn't brought my backup with me, so I had to get a disposable at a nearby 7-11. Least I didn't resort to an analog.

good job for sure buying the disposable! sorry to hear you had a stressful day. I would just email customer service with the order number and the issue..and they should be able to help and trouble shoot and if that doesnt work they will be happy to replace them....

Do you leave them in your car? Is it really cold by you? Cold can drain the batteries just like a car battery....just a thought.

There is no official method...some people swear by a vodka soak others boiling.

Hi there! :)

Quick question- what's the best way to clean a pre-filled carto? I intend on ordering blanks later on, but I have some new fluids coming & want to get as much of the Vanilla out as I can (plus I'm pretty sensitive to the PG). I'm asking here because...well...I'm too lazy to RTFM. :p

Remove the metal tube by pulling it. Remove the filler and wash it, remove the silica tube and expose the wick, wash it or dissasemble and clean carbon deposits.
Re attach the tube with silicone sealant and place the tube in place, wrap the filler around the tube and re press the metal tube over.
New carto!

Thank you for choosing us.

I think you're joking. I'd gladly pay two bucks for an empty carto to avoid that kind of hassle.

Imagine,

Quick question about the new Volt Spinner. On the webpage it says, "*Threading is 100% compatible with the VOLT lineup (has inner and outer threading)." Really thrilled that it works with the "Volt Lineup" so I can still use my current clearos and cartos! My question is about the "outer threading", is that like my X2 that accommodates eGo threaded clearos such as the Stardust and the like? It looks like it from the picture, but just wanted to verify this before I ordered.

Thanks!!

Just my :2c: but cartos aren't really worth the hassle of cleaning out IMVHO. Plus if you are going to change flavors, more than likely you will retain some residual of the original flavor and get a really funky tasting carto. But I understand being frugal and getting the most from your money ;)

However, if you are intent on cleaning them I've used the hot water and vodka method. Soak in hot water and vodka (50/50 solution) for 30-45 mins, take out of the vodka/hot water solution rinse with hot water and then I take the water/vodka solution and put it in my waterpick and fill the rest of the tank with hot water. I set the waterpick really low so as not to tear up the filler and get that solution down in the carto real good, then rinse again with plain hot water. Let dry 24-48 hours and good to go! I do the same with my clearos and get great results.

has SI ever considered selling orange (speckled like a marlboro red filter) or white (like malb lights) cartos. I put a white kanger carto on my small white volt batt and it looks great. the volt logo really pops and there is a clearly discernible silver ring where the carto and batt come together, very elegant. the painted white carto has a different feel to the paper wrapped cartos, but not as cold and unforgiving as the SI stainless xl carto.

Honestly it just creates too much of a stock issue for the prefilleds but we do have the wraps I will look into it for the blanks though :)

It sounds like liquid got inside the button... If it was defective it would have been happening from the beginning :(
