Imagine...can you please tell me if the charging cord that comes with the X2 Passthrough Battery is a standard mini to micro USB cord? The wires have become exposed, and one wire has broken, on both ends of the cord that came with the X2 that I ordered recently. I have no idea why as I have not been in any way rough with it when plugging or unplugging it. Nonetheless I am afraid that it is unsafe to use and am wondering if I can just order a replacement like this for it on Amazon? I don't see a charging cord available for ordering on the SI site. Amazon.com: AmazonBasics USB Cable - 2.0 A Male to Micro B (6 Feet / 1.8 Meters): Electronics

Many thanks in advance!

There may have been an issue when USPS first changed the codes this year.

You can use another cord but it needs to be a mini not a micro or just ask Cs to replace the current one

OK, answer me this. Can the 1.5A wall charger be used with the Volt...or only the X2?

My wife and I both vape and our counter is usually littered with several X2s charging so I'm going to pick up a couple to speed up the process. I'd like to know if I need to keep them separate from my current .5A chargers for my regular Volts.

Grimwald, it might behoove you to look into a powered USB hub (that comes with a wall plug) instead of more single wall chargers to charge all those X2s. Just look for a decent one with a good power supply (say +/- 2 amps). Then you can charge them all on one strip of ports at the same time. I have a 7-port strip with a 2.5 amp power supply and have been known to use all 7 at the same time with no problems.

Thanks, I'm on it...great idea. Now I don't have to move the coffee pot.
