I'd say, if you really want the Volt pcc, you may want to try and save your money up to get the Volt Pro Starter Kit. That will get you the pcc and two Volt batteries and carts. Add the wall adapter and usb charger under extras when you order, you'll save a small bit over ala carte that way. Use a discount code, and it makes it very much worth while. Then you'll be set to go, with the pcc and the wall adapter and usb charger for backup. Honestly, it is worth it to have the Volt batteries and the Volt pcc together. I have other batteries, but I use the chargers that came with them for those batteries. And, those batteries pretty much stay in a pouch or box, as I find myself turning to my Volt batteries for just about all of my vaping, now. At first when I added more batteries, I tended to get the standard starter kit for the two batteries included and a slight savings overall and I won't run out of wall adapters and usb chargers anytime soon. Now, I concentrate on batteries alone with sales, unless I'm getting kits for other people to help them turn from tobacco cigarettes. The Volt batteries really are a treat, and I'd say if you get the pcc, you really want the Volt batteries, too. You would not be disappointed, even if it might take a little longer to save up for the Pro kit. The only reason to go to a Premium kit would be to step up with a notebook passthrough battery and 1.5 charger. I have a couple, but I'm opting for my Volt X2 over those now.
Now, I'm waiting for the Super Mega pcc, so I can carry two Volt X2's and charge, lol. And more colors of Volt X2's. Yeah. It's fun to dream. In the meantime, I have a rainbow of regular Volt batteries at my fingertips.
