Yeah, the whole glitch business has struck my co-worker on his first order from SI: he never got a "shipped" email, hell, he never got an order confirmation email. But his account was debited. And when he called in multiple times, he was placed on hold and never got to talk to anyone. So instead of a new customer happily anticipating, we have a disgruntled consumer wondering if he's been ripped off. I should see him tomorrow, and if he hasn't been contacted, or had his order delivered (as I suspect: I think it was probably waiting for him when he got home tonight), I'll gather up his info and see if you can help out, Imagine. I posted this here because I thought it might not stand out so much as it would on another thread, but would still get the attention of a SI employee.
Hopefully the growing pains will ease up, some, soon.:D

no believe me we have contacted everyone... unfortunately it is out of our control until the system we use fixes the issue. Everything is getting shipped... as far as order confirmation emails those are still going strong... so I would suggest checking his junk mail or the spelling of the email address on his account.

As of right now tracking wise we are dead in the water... it is out of our control. But we are working very hard with the company to get us back online.

Hi Imagine! How long does an item usually take to ship out? I ordered cartomizers 3 days ago, and they haven't even SHIPPED yet?? Is that normal? I got the other order in 3 days INCLUDING shipping, so it seems odd to me that it hasn't even shipped yet??

It probably shipped. Ive had 2 orders say that and they showed up at my door

hi Outlaw! 2 broken computers LOL,,,,,everyone in this house is SCRAMBLING for one! And since I have a responsibility to make and post cards on my blog by a certain time every week (design team) that kinda sorta took up any time they let me have on it,,,,,,I stole it today though LOL! and I am NOT giving it back!
