Yeah, the
whole glitch business has struck my co-worker on his first order from SI: he never got a "shipped" email, hell, he never got an order confirmation email. But his account was debited. And when he called in multiple times, he was placed on hold and never got to talk to anyone. So instead of a new customer happily anticipating, we have a disgruntled consumer wondering if he's been ripped off. I should see him tomorrow, and if he hasn't been contacted, or had his order delivered (as I suspect: I think it was probably waiting for him when he got home tonight), I'll gather up his info and see if you can help out, Imagine. I posted this here because I thought it might not stand out so much as it would on another
thread, but would still get the attention of a SI employee.
Hopefully the growing pains will ease up, some, soon.
