Do you have a way of deleting posts? One of my dang entries in the Earth Day contest double posted (#106). Sorry!
I dunno why it keeps doing this now. Hope I didn't screw the whole thing up!

Since I started the conversation here I want to finish it here.

Imagine, I sent in a CS ticket around 8am about the clearomizer. At 8:58 they replied that they had opened a ticket and asked one question. I answered it at 10:36am. I got my order notice at 10:40 and my shipping notice at 12:48. It would of been faster, but I was not sitting at my computer waiting for responses and giving replies... Now, that is Customer Service.

That is why I put a positive review in for SI in the ECF Forum...

Imagine, I was wondering if there was any way you could get the clearomizers to have the wicks on the bottom instead of the top? I know it would require some changes in the manufacturing process, but was just wondering. It just seems unnatural for me to vape with the unit pointed towards the sky. I really feel stupid! When I first tried the clearomizers I thought I had found my answer - the best possible vape, and it still is, but having the wicks and coil at the bottom would be such a benefit to me. I guess I'm the only one that feels this way, but was just wondering. Thank you!

so far models built like that have issue with leaks :(

but we have R&D experimenting..

you do not have to have it point up ...just out like a cigar should do the trick as long as you do not have less the 4mls in there :p

You aren't the only one. Maybe if the wick nubs were a little longer it would help, but I'm just guessing - maybe it is harder to wick if they are longer... dunno. Someday the perfect container will be invented :)

Dear Imagine,

Do you think they will ever build in a chastiser into the shopping cart program that will nag at me every time I add another item to the cart, or maybe offer an intervention and support group for SI junkies?

By the way, I just placed another order, and I forgot to request some business cards? Is it possible to throw a couple more in for handing out? #100025316

Bottom coils/wicks will always leak unless someone seals the juice from the air tube

I am not sure... if you contact CS they may be able to give you some point toward it.
Imagine, just a quick question. Would I be able to get a replacement clearomizer for the one that cracked and leaked that I posted the picture of? Just wondering, as I didn't even have it a week. I didn't save any of it, but the drip tip, though. :(

On 4/6/2012 I ordered a 1300 X2 battery and a clearomizer. They were working great until yesterday when the unit failed to vape (also noted blinking LED). Wondering if the battery required charging, I hooked it up to the passthru and still no vapor. I disassembled the battery from the clearomizer for inspection. The clearomizer appeared to have no cracks or liquid leakage anywhere; I tried the clearomizer on one of my 78mm batteries and was able to vape normally. The battery connection appeared to have no liquid leakage at the connection.

I had loaned my cartomisers out to friends for trialing so was unable to test the X2 battery that way, but filled an new empty clearomizer with juice and still was unable to vape on the X2 battery. I was using SI's Ice Menthol juice. I also tried charging the X2 for a good 2 hours and still was unable to vape with either clearomizer.

Is this a battery fail? Any suggestions?

Have you tried just charging it without trying to use it while it's charging? Maybe it's run too low to be able to do that...
Actually, I did do that last night for at least 2 hours ( I edited my above post before seeing your response. ) I figured 2 hours would be enough to at least get some kind of response out of the battery.
