I don't know if someone has asked this before (116 pages!), but does Volt have any intention of adding a 36mg nic level to their catalog? I've seen other vendors offer it, but Volt's so good that I haven't felt the need to risk other vendors yet.

A corollary question, if Volt doesn't intend to... Why doesn't Volt stock 36mg? Cost/quality? Something else?

No we do not intend to. 2 reasons... 1 the demand is low about the same for 0mg. 2 is simply we feel it is too high to sell.... we do not feel comfortable with it. There are many options out there though especially if you buy our blanks and fill them yourself with any eliquid.

Didn't you take a poll on that once and only a few said they wanted it? I seem to remember something like that.

Completely understandable. I'm a bit nervous of that high of a level myself (once or twice while I was doing something else and let myself slip into instinct with my Volt, as though it's an analog, I ended up with a bit of a nicotine headache, because I forgot that they don't stop burning after a bit to let you know how much you've had; I never smoked many analogs, so I never built up a resistance). That's actually why I was hoping you guys might add them; trying a carto or two out to see if I felt good about it before I got a bottle of it.

Not a problem at all, though. If I decide to try it out, I'll find someone. Didn't want to buy from someone else if you guys were going to add them sometime soon, though. Love you guys. :)

no worries :p if you never smoked many analogs then there should be no need for 36mg... that is usually reserved for the 3 pack a day smokers, non filter smokers and those having a very hard time switching with 24mg... Also if you are getting a head ache with 24mg you can expect more of the same with 36mg.... just my 2 cents ;)

awesome sounds like a fun night congrats!
I just got home, and about to sleep! Night out with friends, few from out of town. Little BBQ, some karaoke, then the boat (casino) in Indiana. Won $250 tonight! I'm in that tired but not able to sleep phase right now.

It was a blast! Thank you :) Start of the night pic lol, my best friend Rob. Just got his kit in last Friday and he's loving it. Also, decided to keep the beard.. Was just an experiment in my faces of volt shot.. But it's growing on me! Literally :p

Just when I get forgetful. When I don't, I only take a puff here and there. The 24mg makes it so that that puff here and there gets me my fix. Figured the same with the 36, just would make the "here" be farther from the "there". ;)

Probably a good idea to stick with it, though. Especially if it's intended for the 3-a-days. I was a 5-a-day... Five cigarettes.

Yep. Working on that right now, and you guys are helping a lot with it, thanks. :)

Another question... Is there a picture somewhere of the stainless steel blank cartomizers? I can't find one on the website...

Higher nic isn't usually the answer to transitioning from burning vegetation and too much often results in headache and other symptoms, as does chain vaping. Nic is the main addictive substance but there are other somewhat lesser chemicals in cigarettes that kept us going back. From reading a lot on this forum there are a few, not all that many, that have more trouble comming off the other stuff in cigarettes. Some try WTA (whole tobacco alkyloids) and like them and some still smoke the occasional cigarette. I'd be afraid to try the latter with my addictive personality but it works for a lot of others. If it were strictly about nic, gum and patches would work a lot better than they do but most of us know they have a very low success rate. I tend to "chain vape" when sitting around as the manual part of my addiction to cigarettes has always been one of my biggest obsticles to stopping smoking. For that I keep some lower nic and vape away.

Most vendors top out at 24. That is a lot of nicotine (36mg) You certainly dont want to get any of that juice on your skin and we all know that sometimes we get juice on us.

Ooh. Wasn't sure if I wanted to get those or the black ones, this helps make the decision easier. Thanks.

Oh, I didn't go to ecigs as a way of "quitting", really. I have an addictive personality myself (even just to videogames, I can't tell you how many nights I've stayed up until 8 AM playing Civilization or Dragon Age), but I actually stopped smoking pretty easily. Tried an analog a week or so ago, just to see if I preferred it to ecigs (when I was still trying out a disposable one I bought at a party story nearby), and I put it out after a minute, because I didn't like it.

I just like the nicotine buzz. The problem is when I don't notice it set in, so I keep going. I had this problem even when I smoked normal cigs, because I'd get distracted by a conversation and start chainsmoking. American Spirits might go out, but they take forever to do it.
