As long as you're filling them upside down and not everfilling them, there is nothing wrong there. It's more than likely the liquids you're using. I flush the ones I use RY4 in every time I fill them and that helps a lot. You may want to try that. As afr as taking them apart, yes it can be a pain in the ...., but once you do it once or twice it gets very easy. When I really clean them I do about 20 at once, dis-assembly, cleaning, re-assembly and refill in about an hour. I can find the time for that, I'm sort of retired, but it sure as heck extends their life tremendously probably to the chagrin of SI.
