how long should the heads that come with them last?

if you rinse them under warm tap water every time you empty one,you will find that they will last a long long long time.

or that has been my experience..

another thing i do is that i have one T3 that i keep unflavored nic juice in,,i switch the coil from one to another when the coil start to vape hard.

the unflavored nic juice seems to clean them as you vape it down.

it works for me anyway.

the T3s are the only clearos that i use anymore,,,no more ce3s or any thing,,,just T3s,,,,they are just so easy to maintain,,,i carry the in my tee shirt pocket with no problems.

when i go to town i have one ego or X2 with a T3 on it and one battery with out cause i know there is no way i am going to vape more then one T3.

Hey Imagine, there is some lively discussion going on in another thread about whether it is ok to use sealed SI auto batteries with an atomizer. Some say that they still have some openings and can be ruined by a leaky atomizer. Others say they are really sealed. What is the true bottom line?

correct... we were the first to do this connection .... before hand there was a big hole right on top of the connection.

The "sealed" automatic batteries are not leak-proof; they are leak-resistant. They do indeed have small openings--that is how that are operated by your inhale. If you seriously flood them, they will be damaged.

It would be very helpful if SI sent instructions with their equipment. I recieved clearos and nanos in the mail and then had to go hunting around on the internet to figure out how to use it, maintain it, clean it etc.

When you are new to all this and ordering equipment it would be very heplful to include step by step instructions explaining everything. I still don't understand how to clean these things or when I am supposed to clean them and how long they last etc. to much conflicting info on the internet.

A short set of instruction mailled with the equipment would have been very helpful for us newbies.

Thanks.

we do not promote cleaning of cartos or clearos as they are meant to be disposible.. as for intructions we do have many demo videos here :

Okay well if your not supposed to clean them, how long do they last and when do they need to be replaced? Also, how is someone to know where these demos are when they receive their equipment in the mail?

Good question

if you are not familiar with the ECF forums.

but i think that SI has videos on their vendor website.

Noone said it is rocket science I just think that when your new to all this instructions would be helpful. I also don't think you come to this board to be insulted because you have questions!

i was not making jest of you,,but if you thought that ,,,,i'm sorry.
we all were new at one time.

It is difficult being new to all this and sifting thru all this conflicting info. For Instance, Imagine said they don't advocate cleaning clearos they are meant to be disposable and yet there are numerous posts all over this forum about doing just that. So much conflicting info it is hard to know. Again why I suggested that the equipment should come with instructions. How to use or fill, when to dispose, how long they last, Not to clean them etc.

It is just a suggestion and one I also sent to SI today because I got tired of looking all over the internet for info. takes way too much time and there is just too much conflicting info out there for a new person.
