If you order over the phone can they apply the discount to multiple color nano's or is it that ingrained in your system that it can't be overridden at all?

Never thought about doing that. That's very good solution. just send an email with your number and asking them to call when they have time. saves a ton of frustration. I'm going to do that next time I actually want to talk to a person
Probably should put a notice near your phone number on every page:
