I was out today and completely forgot to take the one I need to send back along with me (again).. guess I should give it a good smack first and see if that takes care of the prob.

Imagine, might you have access to what the postage would be on 1 650mah battery? I can always stick stamps on a bubble envelope instead of schlepping into town to go to the post office.

Help for some unknown reason there is a gateway error when I try to put through my order. I have placed a call several times today to smokeless image and just keep getting bounced to leave voice mail. I am getting very frustrated. I just want to place an order. Is there a US holiday today or something.

the best way to talk to a customer service rep is to submit a ticket with your phone number asking them to call you back

The processor is declining your transaction ... You should double check with your credit card company to what exact address is on file

I see you only have purple T3's in stock. I'm all out of usable clearos for my two x2's :-( Any idea when you might have clear or smoke back in stock? I was looking to place an order soon for about 4-5 clearos, replacement heads, and juice!

I read somewhere that the x2 gives you a warmer vapor hit, which really sounds good to me. Is that true? Looking for a better setup already than just the two 78mm batteries and cartos.

Yes the X2 gives thicker warmer vapor. The T3 is a bottom coil so it's a cooler vapor then the X2 clearomizer. To me the T3 also has an airy draw
