Attack of the (Kayfun Mini V3) Clones!

This is after about 8+ refills.

So I had some weird fluctuations with resistance on my DNA40 and rDNA40. I figured it was the KM3 so I swapped to my DNA200 and it's reading properly and works as it should for the last 24+ hrs. I moved the other KM3 to my v200 with the Evolv reference 510 and that's solid too. I guess the 510 connector on the KM3 is just short enought to cause problems on my DNA40 and rDNA40. I put KF4's on them and they're solid again. I also tried the KM3 on my Hana mini clone with VT510 and DNA40 and it's solid on there. It's a shame because I really liked the small size with the KM3 on my DNA40 and rDNA40. Maybe the 304ss and/or the black 316ss might work better on them.

Or use a spacer... Or even another screw with a higher head?

Hi folks. Here's a pic of that flow ring from the clone on fasttech. It's actually on an Authentic KM3.

For what it's worth, the atty seemed like VERY good quality when I gave it a quick once over. I pretty much only ordered it for the flow ring though.

Flow ring is perfect and still works on my p3 without having to adjust the 510 pin out.

If you don't mind sharing, you modified something on the top of that kfmv3 right? That doesn't look stock. Some aftermarket upgrade?

Yep! It's the Steam Tuners top cap. I think the one I have was technically made for the KF4. They have two designs in the KM3 section as well.

Also it's a Steam Tuners poly replacement for the glass. I love it. Nice and string and resistant to drops... Also it makes the middle tank section flush with the outside diameter of the KM3.

Got Mine from FT today..that's 10 days order to received..All look good so far, kinda tightly put together so go them in the hot, soap water bath for now.

Sure rub it in Swapus.lol All I got today was orings and replacement glass.lol I shouldn't really complain though as it seems my FT stuff is showing up much faster lately. Tank is in Chicago hopefully I will have it soon. Everyone's pictures are great. Keep them coming!

I ordered the black KM3 and black Aromamizer v2 from FT along with some other things on 3/22 and it still hasn't shipped 9 days later.

I prolly just caught the boat at the right time...but maybe they should have kept them one more day and opened them..
Still got them in hot water, got one top off and glass, but can't get the chimney or bottom off.. Don't want to break out the tools but may have too..Maybe I'll get another strap wrench so I don't tear it up..so enough for tonight.. But they look great
