Are you using organic cotton? Have you tried rayon? I've been using rayon for the last 8 months. I bought a 500' box and I still haven't used more than a foot of the stuff but it's awesome.

I've been going back and forth about the SX Mini M. Last month I decided to stick with the DNA40 and ordered 2 mods, VS DNA40 and Hana V4. The VS DNA40 is my new favorite mod.
I have kgd, cotton bacon, and rayon. I prefer cotton bacon. Rayon would be second. I'm really not too fond of the Japanese cotton pads in comparison to the other two.

I've been trying lung hits and it's just too much. I just took a lung hit and coughed it out. lol... I can do it a little and it's ok but I prefer MTL.

To be honest, I dont know how the people that DO do lung hits with a KF4 pull it off. There is nowhere near enough airflow in those things (I think this is what the Lemo's intentions were when it came out). Ive actually become an all day dripper/lung hitter now after trying the right attys. Sadly my 3 Kayfun 4s havent been touched since last month, in fact I think one of em still has some of my grape bubblegum juice in it I need to empty out so I can drip it haha.. I used to be 'anti' lung hitting because my experience with the Kayfun family wasnt pleasant trying it. After getting a Derringer clone, and now my ultimate Samurai Bonsai, its just the only way I can do it now. Although dripping in the car SUCKS I will say that. Always hoping that red light doesnt change the minute I get there so I have time to put some more drops in. :D

Idk, I like a good mtl atty.

Don't mind taking lung hits with my little boy here and there but I prefer a good tank.

Yeah I cant really explain it, that Derringer was my second RDA, my first was a Magma that I could MTL, and it just ruined my vaping style haha. Technically I WAS a tootle puffer but I just love the big flavor and cloud I get from the Derringer and the Bonsai. IMHO the Bonsai even tops the Derringer, my juices have never tasted so good. I was a Kayfun fanatic but these two RDAs are just so much more 'consistent' in their vapes. Although I could try and open the airflow a little more on the KF4s, I think theyre still pretty closed up. Ill have to break out old bluey tonight and see hehe.

I try to limit deep inhales just because PG and VG vapors are known to be lung irritants. If the EPA and OSHA see the need to limit workplace exposure to glycerine type vapors, who am I to ignore them? I view cloud blowers as creating future lung problems for themselves, but each to their own.

I try to hold vapor in my mouth and exhale through the nose, but I find myself inhaling to the lungs a little too often. I guess it's the old cigarette habit that lingers on.

Mostly how I vaped on a 510 atty. I was always told that the sinuses will absorb more nic anyways

I'm headed to Disney for a week long stay in a couple of weeks. I'm a 6mg vaper, but I ordered a 50ml/18mg bottle of my favorite juice for the trip. Disney is reported to be sending vapers to the smoking area. Maybe I can stealth vape enough to conceal it with 18mg juice. I wouldn't go back up in strength, but it was a piece of cake to transition from 24mg to 6mg in a month a couple of years ago. I couldn't believe how easy it was to drop nic levels.

Same here. I think for me smoking was more of the actual habit of doing it. Once my body was clear of all the crap it was addicted to in cigs, dropping nic for me seemed to be no problem. I did it about every 2-3 months in the year or so Ive been vaping. I started off my first month at 24, and went to a local shop to get some juice and the girl gave me 18mg. When I noticed there wasnt any big difference I figured 'what the heck' and just started dropping it down. When I started making my own juice last November, I went right away to 10mg since it made it easier to measure things, and just 3 months later when I got the Derringer went down to 6mg where Im still at now. Didnt really notice much other than at the lower levels, the flavor in my juice came out stronger, which to me was an awesome thing hehe. I think my next batches I make I may try 3mg. At that level, the 250ml of 100mg nicotine I have in the fridge will probably outlast me hah.

IDisney is reported to be sending vapers to the smoking area.

They tried this at the Air Force base where I retired at ( and still work at). A young Airman that vapes went to the Inspector General (IG) and said by making him vape in the smoking area, they are forcing him to be exposed to second hand smoke. The IG is now stuck between a rock and a hard place and have no idea how to handle it. They may be forced to create special vaping sections, outside, but away from the smoking area.

Stock, forget it. I don't get why they built it so restrictive! However you can drill the center pin hole out to 7/64", being careful to not damage the threads at the bottom if you want to use the set screw air adjustment later on for MTL use. Then drill the 6 radial holes out to 3/64" (0.047”). That's like adding the area of over two additional holes to the original six 0.040" radial holes (not all clones have the same stock hole size). No mods are necessary to the juice control ring- the air holes in it are sufficient as-is.

This is about the best you can do w/o a custom center pin/positive block having a larger diameter. But drilling costs nothing but time (providing you have the drill and bits), and it allows for a decent lung draw- much better IMHO than stock and even a little better than a 2.7mm ID S-kit (note that for subohming the 'legit' S-kit has a more heat resistant insulator as well- FT/Hotcig "S-kit" need not apply). But it's not ever gonna be as airy as some attys.

My understanding is that PEEK is a beige colour. Tobeco 4S Kit insulator is a very similar beige to auth kit. Hot cig is white.

Hotcig centre post for their "4S Kit" is a stock centre post, even having threading for afc screw. FT no longer stock it, tho I still see it on Ebay sometimes. Tobeco 4S Kit seems good to me, but I've never tested the insulator to destruction.
