Sorry, no I did not mean that. I meant that it would not work for me. I do not have an actual PG allergy, but I dislike throat hit and low vapor production.

Thanks for clearing that up. I started with 100% PG in all my liquids. I tried using a blend of PG and VG and didn't like the flavor of it. I want to get these V4's someday. Just waiting to see who makes the best ones first.

Yep, removed it like I do with the authentic one, no go. The threads catch for maybe 1/8th of a turn on the bottom and won't even screw into the top.

As for the NI200 builds I have ran them and found that the resistance varies meaning your TP control and such are constantly going out of whack - to the point it would ask me if I had a new coil after opening/closing the juice control. It makes sense since it is relying on a spring to connect the positive current from the base to the deck. Given the nature of the floating juice control there wasn't really another way to do it without adding several more pieces to the already exhausting parts list.
After further comparing the two the clone is not up to the fit and finish of the authentic. Take a look at the picture and you can see the finish for both - the real one is on the right and clearly has a more finished appearance. The SS is smoother on the authentic where the clone has a rougher feel to it. Take them away from each other and 90% of the people wouldn't be able to tell the two apart from five feet away.

What I don't get is the guy in the video I forget his name uses it as his all day vape. I wonder if there is a difference in the spring on the clone and the original. I get no resistance change on my V4 with the P3 but it only reads to 10ths. One thin I have noticed is the same thing he says in the video turning the juice control off and on is a struggle at the end of the turning cycle and a lot of time I end up unscrewing it a little from the P3 when I am closing the JC to the off position for filling.

From what I can get Svoe Mesto makes a superior product and it's very possible that all these clones will drive the price down like the Russian did with the KFL

No more so than Svoemesto pays the original people/company that introduced a way to heat fluids containing nicotine into a vapor for inhaling.

The logo is the only thing that pisses me off to be honest. The rest, well there is not really anything fundamentally original in the Kayfun 4 anyway. There are other devices that allow for removal of the coil/deck while the liquid remains in the tank and I am sure that Svoemesto is not paying for that either.

Sorry did not set out to high jack the thread, but the sight of these knockoffs turning up to market so quickly just really grated on me:mad:
someone else does all the hard work building up their brand developing great products and wham.

I wonder how often a "high end" manufacturer actually comes to a prior arrangement with a number of "cloners" and receives lump sums for providing designs?

Yeah thats my video. So far i have to say, This version of the Kayfun v4 clone is AWESOME! I do not have any other versions of the v4 to compare it to but honestly, I cannot see anywhere that it needs improvement (at the moment)

So far i have ran 2 tanks of juice thru it with 2 different builds and no leaking, no dry hits, no issues at all!

The only thing i need to get use to is the Screwing/Unscrewing of the juice flow.

Other then that though, I am VERY impressed and pleased with the Tobeco and the 30.00 i spent on it.

I will have a full review sometime next week on it.

Wow! I just received my authentic this past Monday and that clone looks spot on. Thanks for the video break down.

I hear you with that one of the clones even has the same box that the V4 comes in and same manuals and poster. Crazy. How come the Provari has never really been cloned? They have their knock offs but they don't work the same good old 33.3 chip. If our governor has his way Provape will probably have to move to another state.

I want to get another V4 and was thinking about a clone, Vaperev won't have the real one in again for about 1 1/2 months tops but now I am not sure. Might wait for another real one. I love it and with about a month of daily use never a problem once I got the hang of wicking it which is a little diff than the KFL.

I guess with the provari , its the whole package people are buying into, customer suport costs and is ongoing, low cost high volume production facilities just want maximum throughput 24-7.

Unfortunately I can't get the machine oil taste out... Anybody have a fool proof method?

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Wash and scrub the atomizer with dish soap and a tooth brush. Make sure to take every part off to get into all areas (even orings and post screws). If it still smells or tastes like machine oil, soak the atty in a cup of milk for a few hours. Sounds dumb, but the milk works. After the milk soak, was again with dish soap. It will work, trust me.

The clone pre-orders were posted within 48 hours of the official release. I am guessing at least one and possibly all of the clone companies that have early versions out got their hands on pre-release versions of the authentic. I mean the version 4 had been in beta testing for at least 3 months or maybe more.

If a "high end" manufacturer was caught doing something like providing the specs and not telling anyone that would quite possibly be the end of that company. Of course in that instance the clone would not be a clone at all. Hell it could even call itself authorized. To be honest it is more likely that someone within the company provided the specifications and tolerances to a clone manufacturer for money than the company itself did it.

I do not think it would necessarily have to be milk since it is likely some of the fats within the milk bonding to the machine oil. Also, if using that milk method make sure you get that extra super clean after as vaping spoiled milk sounds even worse to me than vaping machine oil. I may be wrong about that, but that is how I feel right now.

Just recieved my Kayfun v4 Clone from Gvapers, so far I'm happy with it, looks and perform great! no leaks, everything screws together nice and smooth. I had a issue for a while, I kept thinking the juice valve was wide open, but it kept getting dry. So after a while looking at it, I finally figured out i had screwed it in wrong. So now its fine and working awesome! I love the simplicity of being able to remove the base to fix the wick, coil or replace it all without having to drain the juice! Oh also refill from the top and not needing any tools to do that! Make sure you close the juice control before filling or it all comes out of the 4 air holes! I forgot to do that oops ha

Nope not shavings, the hole is not punched all the way through, tried putting a micro screw driver through the hole to clean it out, they are all as clean as they will get without removing some metal, my Dremel set has nothing small enough to get in it, so that means I'll have to buy something.

As I said, not a difficult fix, but none-the-less, something I shouldn't have to do. My other less expensive clone is perfect, you can see it was drilled all the way through, something Robot didn't do. I'm sure it will feed OK with 60/40 or thinner, but PG doesn't get along with my throat.

Here is the type that I use a lot

You can buy it cheaper and get it faster from Itaste, 2 days sometimes 3
Mine was $176.46 USD shipped
