I got into TP so I stopped using it after about a month. It was almost brand new.

My sister knew I was a vaper and she smokes occasionally (a pack a week?) but she found it harder to quit than she thought so she asked me about vaping. I've moved to TP mods only (DNA40 and DNA200) with KF4's so I gave her my unused mod and atomizer and she's really happy with it. She wanted it to be as simple as possible. She's a smart girl so I'm sure she'll figure it all out with a little help from me. I gave her a zip loc baggie filled with rayon (lifetime supply  ), some 28g kanthal and a 30ml bottle of juice. Now that I know she likes it and wants to continue, I'm giving her some more stuff (a Tobeco KF4) and sent links to videos on youtube.
You're a great Brother, I have a mod that has Temp control but haven't tried it yet. I've been using the Gem clones recently and having good luck with them. Good flavor but they hold less liquid than the KF4's.

Whats the best wire to use with Temp control?
I use 28g Ni200. I really don't get why so many are trying Ti and SS and who knows what else. That's what Evolv designed their chips for and that's what I use. It is finickey so if your build and atomizer isn't perfect, you will have issues. There are ways to minimize it and it's not really hard. As they say, the devil is in the details. Once you figure it out, it's really awesome. The vape is just as good, if not better than kanthal. Give it a go, it's worth it.

Hello guys. So, I've bought a EHPRO kayfun v4 to replace my kfl+, because of the top filing.

It didn't leak, but it gurgled. Always. So I'd did a search and people talked bad about the EHPRO version and talked very well about the tobeco version. I thought "well, it must be the brand ", and bought a Tobeco. Exact same thing. It's driving me crazy!

Anyone knows why it gurgles or a fix for it?

P.s.: I had repaired that if I remove the screw that regulated the airflow, the gurgles stop! But I just can't use it without because I'm a mtl guy and I like a tight draw..

Thanks!

VaporBank Kayfun 4's are back in stock for 3.99. Just picked up two of them. From what I have read here it sounds like Tobeco is the better clone, is that correct?

From everything that I have read, Tobeco is the choice for the Kayfun 4 clone and EHPro is the choice for the Kayfun Lite Plus clone.

I bought four and only one out of the bunch didn't gurgle. I replaced every oring and tightened everything in them and they still gurgled. I never did figure it out and only use one of the four.

Is everyone replacing #16 (the "square one") with a 12 x 1.5 mm?

It's at the corners of the "square" where the problem is in most cases.
    Oops, that's 12 x 1.5 mm

Try raising your coil/wick higher from the air hole.

I did buy a bag of the 12mm orings and still had gurgling. I might try raising the coil. It couldn't hurt.

I have 4 Tobecco's in use w/ original o-rings ... they all work fine. What are you using for coil size and wicking and tail length/size. Could you be wicking too much juice? Have you tried upping the power to vaporize more liquid? Just thinking 'out loud' here.

I only have 8, 5 are new in boxes
Exact same thing here! Average cost is $8.60/each. Two are set up for TC and are working fine. All 3 that are in use have drilled center posts along w/aftermarket #16 O-rings. All are fitted so they don't wobble or seize the juice control ring and are polished internally where #16 rides. Still use my Lemo Drop, Aqua v2s and Nebula Wines along w/them.

Thanks for the advice Mike. I should really get them back out and try them again. I got so flustered in the beginning that I just packed them up.

Your welcome. So many folks are happy w/ the Tobeco's ... got to be a way to get yours working for you.

I'm using 28" kanthal w/ cotton bacon, 1,4 ohm @ 14-16W. I'm using enough cotton to cover the deck base, otherwise it floods (its wicked the same way that is illustrated in the kayfun manual).

The gurgle only stop if I take out the air flow screw.

I've already rised the coil from the base, tomorrow I report if it works or not.
