If you find juice collecting in the cavity below O-ring 16, it's letting juice pass. If the O-ring isn't frayed or cut, etc. use one wrap of ribbon dental floss in the O-ring channel before replacing the O-ring to se if that helps. Be sure the O-ring isn't twisted when reinstalling it. And don't cut it on the sharp edges. Lube the O-ring after installing it w/a little juice to help it slide into the cavity where it lives.

Already did that :/. It was one of the first things that had come to my mind.. But without success, the gurgles continues.. Even after I raised the coil..
It must be the condensation on the airflow pin, on the top of the airflow screw.. I can't see another reason!
Didn't make a lot of difference. I ordered some Inawara flavorings from Vapers Tech, Peach and Cherry to try and get her away from Flavors West cherry. The peach is great, she likes it. See how the coils and wicks hold up with the clear extract flavorings.

The batch of Tobeco's from Vapor Bank aren't very good. I guess that's why they're $3.99. There's a slight wobble and #16 needed to be changed (swapped out with 12 x 1.5mm). The wobble isn't bad but noticeable since I have a few that are perfect.
so new kayfun coming..... v5 around the corner, timer running on there site.... I can only imagine.
Just got my Vapor Bank order in today. Haven't opened any of the KFv4s yet but all the o-rings I added to the order look good even under magnification. And the drip tip is fine.
The "4S" kit has a gray insulator but don't know if it's any more heat resistant than the stock one. The top of the center post measures 2.25mm so it's not a true 4S- it's more like the Hotcig 4S kit from FT. This one from VB does not have ID threads at the bottom for an air control set screw, though.

Ok, I think is the end of my gurgling nightmare with kayfun v4. After many tried builds and experiences, I had just tried putting a 1,2 coil in the thing, and play with the wattage (it was the only thing I didn't done). Conclusions : if I don't push it above 12W (3,8-3,9V) it will not gurgle. This might be due of the quantity of vapor being produced in the chamber, and the little airflow (mtl vaping) isn't enough to get out all the vapor produced, causing the condensation in the center pin. Well, in the end, the k4 rocks. Not as much as my squape, but is a fantastic device.

Might be like my old school magma days. Let off the button before you stop inhaling. It gives the coil a second to cool down with the air, thus less condensation.. may or may not help just helped with the magma.
Oh just saw the v5 comes out in less than a day. Let's see how fast tobeco and others get me one!

I really should have added a half dozen to my order when I ordered four v4's from them. I drill the stock one's out but it's a hassle.
I can weld but still I can't do delicate things. Last time I tried to Dremel the bore out I snapped it and it slit my finger

With how quick the billow v2 clones, for example, came out I'm sure it'll be within the month. As far as QC goes though, I'm betting I won't have one for at least 3 months when the genie pigs review the different brands... unless design is awesome and I give in... new "career" no more "job" but I'm still in the ramen noodles and bush beer mentality
With all the V4s we have squirreled away, how much innovation do you expect from a V5 in order to buy one.? I have one knock off that is unusable, not a Tobeco. I don't see these SS beasts wearing out soon.
