carlos haev my money and give not my money ,in his website they write a jucie box is 89,90 dollar and from me he want 200 dollar ,this guy play with me i aiting over three month since october for my order ,i pay him in october and

If you paid Carlos $200 in October for the JuiceBox and Today the price is $89......that is your fault. You should have waited.

What you are saying is like me saying I should get a refund for my TV. I paid 1300.00 bucks for it 3 years ago and Today I can buy the same TV for 500 bucks. Should Wal-Mart give me 800 bucks back? NO!

Carlos has ALWAYS said .....ALL his JuiceBoxes are COMPLETELY HANDMADE. He ALSO has stated all along that there is a waiting period. So Wait.......just like everyone else!

I provided insight into his problem. He doesn't need a refund based on "it was this price then....but this price now" and I advised he take this issue up with Carlos BEFORE he got on ECF telling people that Carlos is cheating people.

I just got off the phone with Carlos. He said you asked for a refund a WHILE ago. And you've already gotten it. In fact, Carlos said he has confirmation of you signing for the certified letter, and proof of you cashing the money order for your refund....

personally, $89 would be my top dollar for it, but others willing to spend more have that right.

reminds me of the $25 adapters that were sailing out of vendors websites earlier in the year. now they are $1.99 at heaven-gifts. this market will bare crap is one of the things about this industry that totally disgusts me.

just because someone wants it should not drive up the price for everyone else for a product. this is not rocket science, or techno challenged electronics.

Did you read down the thread far enough to see where Carlos was phoned, and he explained that the OP already got the refund? Carlos has the documentation to prove it, from what was stated.
