I still have it loaded up in my cart, taunting me. Labor day coupon still makes it $14.25.

I didn't realise you already had an OTM so I can certainly see the need being less.

Then again.. for me it just feels like such a bargain. I don't put value on authentic for the sake of authentic, so the low price doesn't devalue it for me. I think many authentic atomizers are over priced for what they are, then again those are the prices and if one wants that ultimate quality/reliability/design, one often has to pay that price. Not always - I consider my recent purchases of three Hotcigs, the Rose v2-s, the Taifun GT2 and Taifun GS2 to be practically perfect 1:1 save for packaging (which is fine, I prefer non-cloned packaging to reduce risk of fraud.) Ditto my Infinite Kayfun v4s, save for their screws which I was able to replace with better screws from eBay.

But in the case of the v2, I never managed to get an OTM, and while the clones were more than good enough to give me a great vape, they were always lacking just a little bit. And were not guaranteed to last the long haul - out of my six v2 clones, I only have three usable ones now: I've had two broken positive posts, including one where the brass pole literally snapped in half, and one munged negative post that won't take a screw any more.

So for me it was easy, I'll have two new authentics, which will have the right screws, and should last as long as I want to use them, and I'll probably retire two of the v2 clones. And then I have a bunch of clone spares if I do end up losing a chimney or something. (The third v2 clone that annoyingly I only got the other day, before I saw this deal, I have put back in the box and will probably give away.)

Personally I want a lot of tanks. I have a lot of mods - 14 and counting - and I like having a huge range of flavours on the go at once, so I never vape the same flavour for too long. If I do, it starts to very quickly lose intensity and pleasure. I don't get the best flavour to start with, and I've learned that the best way to maximise what I get is to be constantly vaping different flavours. And then I just hate cleaning, so I suppose my ideal number of good tanks would be 42 :) Three per mod: one active, one awaiting cleaning, the third having hopefully been cleaned by the time I want to swap out flavour.

I'm half joking :) I don't really plan to get a rotation of 42 good quality tanks. And half the time I change flavours just by dry burning the coil and wiping the tank/chimney/deck with some IPA. But for me it's the more the merrier, at least the way I'm vaping right now.

For me an authentic worth about $100 delivered (the price I'd pay for a new Aqua SE in the UK) for $45 delivered is an excellent deal. If they were $16 each + a single postage fee, I might have got six :D Then I'd always have a clean, good tank to pick up and build at any time in the next several months, even if I'd managed to let all the others get dirty.

I admit I'm a little excessive..

The biggest unresolved problem I have is how to keep all the spares. For the tanks themselves, I have a couple of these from FT:

That works OK. But the spares and boxes are all over the place, and in disarray.

When I first started vaping I used one of those multi-compartment storage things that are intended for screws/nuts/bolts/fuses, that sort of thing. Like you might have in a garage or work shop. It still has all the spare tanks and bits from my firs tanks, like the Aspire Atlantis and Subtank Mini. So my very first tanks and drippers are kind of organised, but I also literally never use any of them. I long since ran out of drawers.

Then the clones I bought in the period 4-2 months ago I never kept organised, so I just have random bags in drawers with no indication of what they're from. My Aqua v2 clone spares I emptied all into one big bag.

For my newest purchases of nicer stuff i'm keeping all the spares and bits in their original boxes (or bags) and have a big stack of boxes in one place for eventual later sorting. I am not sure when eventual will be.

I need like a 100-compartment unit or something. And an entire day to sort everything..

Mine has shipped too. I am getting pretty excited the more i read about the aqua. Initially when i ordered it was like when i got my authentic vuector rdas, they were half off and after a brief bit of research that was in favour i went with it. And they are great drippers.

I have a bunch of great vapemail coming this week, woo hoo! :)

Received! Serials 614 and 815, both sharks.

And in terms of customs, @smokewell , it looks like they are well prepared for us foreign types :)

Not only fake low value, but also "Commercial Sample". Nice. And the invoice that shows the real cost is sealed in an unmarked envelope. So I think no VAT for you unless your customs people are so mean they open both packages and envelopes inside!

Anyway I'm off to relax with my aromatherapy oils while installing my flashlight parts.
