Inswva were you able to confirm Authenticity?

I ordered one, Too good of a deal to pass up, but............I am unable to confirm Authenticity. Wrote to them ,They claim not counterfeit, not a clone.
Waiting to hear back from them again.

Anybody else having trouble Authenticating?
Just so I understand--yours came with a card, you contacted Foo, and he could not verify authenticity?

Local vape is a great place to deal with. They only sell authentic, NO CLONEs. Been there in person.

Reason they wont "authenticate" most likely Fontoon is they are not happy they are being sold so cheap. Im sure there are other sites selling it for retail and that takes away from those sellers business.

Some retailers actually sign a contract to sell at modder's suggested prices, they wont. They feel like they are allowed to sell at what they want, and I dont blame them. They are very busy and reserve the right to sell what they feel doesnt move to make money to buy stock that does.

Rest assured, they are authentic. The two I received are identical in every respect to the two I've had previously. All were accompanied by the holographic authenticity cards as well. I'm not aware of any clones which included forged authenticity cards. And, as stated by myself and others, Local Vape does not sell clones, period. LV is a long time Footoon reseller and I'm quite sure they aren't going to submarine their rep over some clone attys.

And, I'll reiterate, LV often blows out old stock at ridiculous prices. It does them no good to sit on merch which isn't moving. I purchased an authentic Paragon V3 mech for $19 recently from LV. Another example is the J2P Silver Dragon which they are blowing out at $29. The Silver Dragon was like $200 when it hit the market. If you visit LV's site on a regular basis you'll see older stuff continue to drop in price. It's not a scam, they aren't clones.

If anyone still feels like they received a clone, I don't know what else to tell you.

I haven't used mine yet, it's pretty nasty and needs to be cleaned very well. But in just taking it apart and handling it, I can tell you this is a much higher quality item than any of my clones. It all fits together perfectly and no visible seam between the bottom of the base and the 510 cap.

Both of my clones have been relegated to dedicated drippers now.

shark [HASHTAG]#226[/HASHTAG] with authenticity card in all its glory. cant believe this was $20 shipped. insane. cleaned really well, then built a .42ohm ti 2.5mm kgd, 17watts @360f and tasting oh so nice. amazing tank so far (albeit just one tank in).

one little niggle, when afc is open (even just a little) the tank wobbles ever so slightly. i guess thats a consequence of design? do others experience the same?

Any recommendations for drip tips on this thing? I'm using an old fogger v4.1 DT because it was one of the few I had on hand that wasn't too wide to overhang the top of the chimney part.

So far I'm liking this tank more than I thought I would. I don't normally like this restrictive of airflow, but I made an exception for this one, and am glad I did. I can see this being a regular in my rotation. Right now using dual nichrome80 coils, but will probably switch over to a single ni200, or TiGr1 coil and throw it on a dna40 next time I build it.

Huh, I got so excited I did not do my normal vodka bath & boil. Apparently it doesn't need washing because I'm getting excellent flavor.

Kind of off topic but I'm just getting around to playing with temperature control and coincidentally subohm vaping... not sure if I'm doing something wrong or if this is working as intended.

Dual coil ni200 10 wraps @ .14 ohms on authentic Aqua v2.
TC @430f, watts @16.
Atomizer gets very hot, but temperature doesn't register most of the time and when it does register it stays around 200f or lower. Does temperature just not display when you're under a certain temperature? Why is the atomizer so hot when the coil is registering so low?
You're supposed to lock the atomizer before firing in TC, right? Is there a way to check if you're in normal or TC mode?
