0.3mm and 0.32mm both come under the 28 AWG catagory. AWG=American Wire Gauge.

Today I was building my lite with the 0.35mm wire and around 0.94 at 13.5 watts is less warm and the drip tip that comes (full ss) is much colder even after I chain vape and I like it more the 0.32
