I must have missed something because I didn’t notice any hints in Grimm’s video.

The picture I added from the SV comment is what SV commented themselves on Grimm’s video.

Look, obviously ‘hype tactics’ is an exaggeration and was meant as a slightly humorous note. However, these small hints do help to spread some rumor, get people excited and help to raise interest for the brand and product.

And it works, ‘cause I, for one, am hella excited about a modern KFL!

Yea if the rumor true, they will make a killing from it, most raved about atty to this day I think, and still quite a few people still using the lite nowadays.

kayfun lite is what I learned to build on, and loved them, so know even though I have 6 primes I love, I will still have to try the new lite when it comes out.

Last night I opened by Kayfun Prime and I would love to first thank the German's for giving me the pleasure of putting in the two smallest screws made besides those in a watch. After that adventure I'm not sure why the build deck is so small. The diameter looks the same as the V5, but someone will explain that. After a good cleaning to remove all of the machine oil and stainless steel scraps (only joking) I put on a ss build filled the tank and started vaping. I actually feel the vape is better than that of the V5 and certainly warmer. Of course if you know me I'm a klutz when it comes to tanks and mods. I can tell see and by looking at the dots on the base that the tank is set wide open which is fine, but for some reason I can not turn the base left or right to try the other settings. I have the JC open one turn, but can not adjust air flow.

If anyone cares my build is 2.5 mm .63 ohm and I'm vaping at 26 watts and 430 degrees. Oh and if anyone wants more airflow you can take the white tip off the V5 and replace the black tip.

Open up the juice control enough so the airflow ring can raise high enuf to turn.

Open up the juice flow enuf to turn the air ring and adjust your airflow then return the juice control to your desired setting (mine is 1.5 turns but everyone has their own).

The Prime can be a bit finicky to wick correctly. Length and width of the wick is important so pay extra attention to what is working for you and repeat every time. If juice comes out the air hole it is because the juice is going from your wick to the top of the air hole below your coil. Want to keep your wicks away from the center as much as possible.

On my two primes, it's just over 1 1/2 turns to adjust the AFC. I leave the juice flow control just past that, where i'm unable to adjust the AFC. I'm using 70/30 juice without any issues when wicked correctly.

I will add that I wish the build deck was a tad bit bigger.

If I had all the answers do you think I'd be hanging around ECF? :)

    Yes you would.

I'm now using 1 1/2 turns and I can adjust air easily. I would have thought the deck would have been larger. Oh well.

Larger deck means larger chimney which means less juice capacity. And for me at ~2mls that's about the lower limit I can tolerate for a tank. I do like the Prime but I have to fill it often.

kayfun 5 squared has a bigger deck, and larger juice capacity too...

There is an extension kit, but that probably makes it V5.
