I am on my second full day of vaping with the Groove and it is still going strong on the first charge. Really liking this unit, it has become my main PV for now. The first charge wasn't even fully charged, I only took it to 4.0v...

C'mon now you know how much I love my gripper, and this has vw...and it's on sale, and it's simple enough that even I can figger it out, and whatchy'all tryin to do to me. I don't like that I can't change the batteries, but if it lasts 2-3 on one charge, 300-400 charging cycles would give me a couple years use I reckin. Check your lip gloss again danno, there's a shiny spot on your cheek, you mighta missed! lol Did I hear you mention taffy at the end of that video??? Great shout out to all our wunnerful poopies too!

I've been using my Groove for about a day and a half now, so I thought I'd throw in my $0.02. I'm very pleased with it so far. The operation is quite simple; it took about 30 seconds of button pushing to familiarize myself with all of the functions and get it set to a wattage level that's giving me great flavor and vapor (for me and my juice, that's 5.0W).

Before taking my first vape with the Groove, I charged it fully and checked the voltage reading, which was 4.2V (I'm referring to the battery voltage, not the vaping voltage). I've gone through about 3 fills on a Phoenix bottom coil since I charged, and just checked the voltage again. It's still a solid 4.0V, though your battery life may vary depending on your preferred wattage/voltage.

The Groove is great, but it could be refined to make it even better. Some of these were mentioned in the video overview at GotVapes. The groove shape of the Groove could be groovier; it looks like it should feel better in the hand than it does. I'm also not a huge fan of the glossy finish; it's a fingerprint magnet, and I tend to have sweaty hands, so it feels a little slimy after a while. Overall, the construction feels solid, but definitely not premium.

I consider the non-replaceable battery to be a negative, also, but I suspect I'll be wanting a new toy by the time the battery has worn down.

There's a little bit of a rattling sound when you move it, which concerned me until I realized that the sound is coming from the + and - buttons. These types of buttons always make a bit of sound when jostled. I was initially worried only because the sound is quite similar to the sound of loose electronics, but that is definitely not the case. Long story short, it's not a plus or a minus, just don't freak out if you pick one up and it rattles a bit.

Based on the many pluses and picky minuses, I think the Groove is definitely a winner at this price point. If it were more expensive, I would expect a more premium finish, but for the cost it is an excellent device.
