Don't believe so, doesn't say it has a 3v function, only 1.2 and 4.2 (for 3.7v)

The charger I use, was the only one Lighthound would reccomend for the batts I bought is below, it works for 3v and 3.7v. You have to set the switch on the side too so if you get it be aware of that.

Ultrafire 3.6 volt or 3 volt RCR123 Lithium Battery Charger

I'm sure there are others that will work, you just have to make sure it has a 3v charge function, which I believe outputs at 3.2v.

Got the batteries and am now vaping @ 6v. They work perfect, thanks! Already fried and atty, hehe.

Yeah, CVS isn't gonna have em. Maybe home despot or lowe's. Otherwise, the chances you're going to find an RCR123 at any other than a specialty rechargeable battery store is slim to nil.

Though, hobby shops may have them.

home depot, lowes, and ace hardware or other hardware store equivilants wont have them (already checked). ive been on a never ending hunt for disposable HV batts. some radio whack's do carry them rarely and most are past expiration date and thus discharged already still in package =P (wasted $16 each for three 2900 mah 3.7v "AA" sized batt [basically disposable 14500 size])

hope that prevented someone else from the never ending hunt to

So, this is where I'm at...I'm hoping to get a big chuck, would this be all I would need to be set up for a while?

Two of these: AW 18650 Protected 2200 mAh Rechargeable Lithium Battery

Two of these: AW LiFePO4 3 Volt Lithium Rechargeable Battery

One of these: Ultrafire 3.6 volt or 3 volt RCR123 Lithium Battery Charger

AND one of these: DSD 2 Station Charger

or is there six dollars worth of difference in this one instead? Ultrafire WF-139 Charger for 14500 / 17500 / 18500 / 18650 / RCR123 3.7 volt Lithium Battery Charger

Just want to make sure that I'm gonna be hooked up and have everything working once my chuck comes in.

Also, there's not one charger I can get that will work with both sizes of batteries, right?

What's listed up there, is exactly what I have.. except I have 4 of the lifepo's and I gave away one of my 3.7v's to a friend since I just don't use them.

Truthfully there probably is a charger that will do both kinds of batteries, but would cost far too much money to honestly justify getting it.

So I'm obviously mathtarded, I tried to figure out the Watts produced by 2 of the AW LiFePo4 3v batts on the mega carto from Nhaler, which runs at 3.4Ω but I keep getting figures that are too low to make sense.

Anyone know this? Trying to figure if these hit the sweet spot better than the earlier figures Drozd offered forth.

Nevermind, I truly am ......ed. Seems to be the Watts are 10.58-11.30 depending on peak output so it's right in the perfect spot at 10.58 with the nhaler mega cartos.

UNLESS I DID IT WRONG AGAIN. Which is entirely possible.

lol no that's right....

lol...wow havent been in this thread in forever...

Interesting.. That's the charger I bought along with the UltraFire 16340 880mAh 3.0v batteries.. Maybe this is the reason why the batteries are tripping?
they'd trip because with a 2.3Ω 510 atty at 6V... you're looking at an amp draw of about 2.61A - 2.78A

the max drain rate of the UF 3V 16340 is .. <1.2A...

so the batteries are being overdischarged alot...the PCB protection essentially sees this as a short and trips the batteries shutting them down...it's the overdischarge part of the protection..
