To be truthful it was your post on some other thread that i saw and you spoke very highly about it and tempted me into it in the first place. [emoji14]
That's why i decided to look into it...I'm pretty convinced but still taking a second opinion couldn't hurt?

Also any comments about the charon?

You are a bad influence. :p I'm gonna order the "black" (silver) Tesla Nano tomorrow.

I have never seen one in the flesh. How does it compare size wise to a popular mod such as an alien, G-Priv, etc.?

The Charon smelled like glue when I got it, it's still airing out. I should have my dripper for it tomorrow or Monday. When it gets here, I'll test it out.
The first day of getting the Charon, there was no way I could get passed the glue smell, couldn't taste my juice.

I don't have any of the others you mentioned, here's a shot for comparison.

The tesla nano can't be compared to the alien or g priv, it's a million times better ;)

Not a gazillion? ;)

That's good to know as my Alien is approaching 35000 puffs (have t bothered to turn the counter off) and over 6 months of heavy use. It's been a great mod. More concerned with size as my Alien is perfect for me ergonomically but my G-Priv is too big to carry around.

I've had two aliens this year which crapped out, the g priv is a better mod :)

That sucks. I might have got lucky as mine is great and even the finish is perfect after 6 months.

The G-Priv IS better - construction, chipset, screen, etc. Just too big and bulky IMO.

Yeah the g priv is definitely an at home mod! The tesla nano is actually about same size in comparison.

I have about a dozen Eleaf TC100W... it's not the most popular model and overlooked a lot.

Pros:
  • squeeze trigger
  • easy interface (an actual button for switching modes and other)
  • sleak, fits in my back pocket well
  • by far the longest battery life of all my other dual battery mods (at least 20-30% if not more)
  • reliable, and build to take a lot of punishment (my wife and daughter have dropped theirs so many times.. and some guy that works in construction has abused his on a site that it's hard to recognizable, but still works fine)
  • with firmware, max wattage is 120W (way more than most really need, heck, I'm good at 45-50W)
  • one of the very rare parallel reg. mods out there (can operate with a single battery at 75W)
  • magnetic doors
  • Actual physical trigger lock
  • Looks great, modern, different than the usual "face" type.
  • crazy cheap in price (about 30-35$ if not less)
Cons (which I'm stretching a bit, as it really doesn't have actual cons, just slight things that is up the the person to choose if they really are cons)
  • being slim, tanks over 23mm will start protruding
  • max wattage is 120W
Note that Eleaf just announced what is probably it's replacement, so it might end up disappearing. The replacement is a regular 200+W that looks a lot like the Predator.

Note: I do have a couple of Predators, and they are quite nice. overall, very close to being a good replacement to the TC100W, but bottom snap door, battery life, hand comfort (for me anyways) puts it under (while winning some points for the large screen)

That said, the Tesla nano 200W, is one mod that I've been considering a lot, but the con that stops me is the no onboard charging capacity.

The Charon would be a good choice. I like the Smoant Battlestar's shape better than the Charon and many others shape. Smoant makes a good mod so either one would be good. Also I'm hearing good things about the voopoo drag box mod. But again I like the Battlestar shape better because it stands up better and isn't easy to knock over. Also it performs and looks great.

Funny how we are all so different. :)

I have a Battlestar and can't stand the triangular shape in my hand. Yup, it is more stable, looks great and performs perfectly, but ergonomically it just isn't my thing. I love the shape of my Alien as well as my Radius and even my old KBox 50 over the Battlestar.
